Sakura TV is the television station best known for airing sensationalist, made up, and gossip filled news. Also the station that aired the Kira videos.

There are many of these in every city and town of Japan, most of them quiet and tidy. But if you go to the less civilized parts... who knows?

Well, we're certain Japan has plenty of hotels... so... pick a hotel, any hotel. We know L sure did, switching his base between them every week during the early Kira investigation.

This high-technology building probably has one of the most tight security systems in the world. Its construction was disposed by L, to serve as a permanent HQ for the later part of the Kira investigation.
