He isn't allowed outside anymore. When he was still little, he fought and got his leg torn open. I was nine, and it scared me so badly I decided he could never go out again. o.o

Not this one, no. He's very lucky XD
My last dog, though... ugh, my stupid baby sister had put an elastic around his neck and didn't take it off. He was suffocating while it literally cut into his neck everyday. If we hadn't have caught it when we did, he would have died very soon T_T
