You want to know what I find absolutely unforgivably annoying?
People who insist on talking and talking about things they have no idea about. There have been a particular few who go to my school who just need a nice, swift kick in the face.
Here's where I'm going to get specific.
...When did it become popular to be mental, honestly?
Last I looked people looked down on the mentally unstable, when did that change? Why are people insisting on saying that they have some sort of 'disorder'?
What the flying monkey FUCK.
Okay, so there's this girl in particular *cough*Audrey*cough* Who insessantly claims this kind of shit. "ohh I have therapy, Ohh I hear things, Ohh, I have issues" ...Okay first. She is full of shit. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the girl, other than the fact that she is stupid- (which I probably don't have to explain, what kind of person thinks these things are cool?). Second- Who the fuck is proud of something like that? I mean, what is the purpose of sharing that kind of information? Nobody's going to treat you differently than before, nobody's going to be scared of you. It's immature, and just plain stupid.
She doesn't even know the fucking medical terms for the shit she's claiming. Which, if she ACTUALLY HAD a therapist, they would have TOLD HER personally. I would know.
I just want to strangle the stupid out of her, but if I did, she would surely die, because that's all she is. Oh, and get this, you know that stupid icon, everyone's seen it, or at least heard the quote "I'm not suffering from insanity, I'm enjoying every minute of it." or something to that effect, that just pisses me off to an extreme degree. I know it's a joke, haha, yeah funny. But it's been used enough, it can die now, you know. Stop saying it.
She's not the worst, though. If I were to attempt to describe who I have in mind, my brain would surely explode.
But what really burns me up about mental disorders in particular is that, my father actually HAS mental disorders, I HAVE a mental disorder, it's not funny, it's not cool, it's not cute. It actually, genuinely sucks.

Why don't you just walk up to her and say, "Well if you have all these disorders then why are you not falling on the ground and having a seizure when people find something better to talk to talk?"

I know what you mean, I had to suffer through the same BS because my dad and I both have a mental disorder. His is hell, and is often the butt of my jokes. It all sucks, man, but when it comes right down to it it's just going to be a pain in our side, seeing as there's not much to do about it, or at least nothing I can see at the moment.

Bleh, that would be too much of a bother for a retard like that. And usually they don't get what you have to say anyway, because they're stupid and don't realize just how deep their ignorance runs and how ridiculous they look to someone more knowledgeable.
I have major problems with these things too. I thought I was going to flame the next person who claims to know Japanese and misuses it on even simple crap like "My name is..." I vividly have in mind a recently discovered retard whose profile says "Watashi wa namae *insert name here*". Which, for the record and for who has no idea, means something like "I am the name *insert here*". Yeah, good job, dimwit.
So I know how you feel, Near. But you can't do much beside ignore them and be glad you're not that kind of an idiot. It makes me shudder to think that I could have been.

I know the feeling, someone claims a mental disorder when in fact there is nothing wrong with them in the least bit. That's just like a few of my friends, one in particular, who claimed she was going to kill herself, on several occasions mind you, and in fact admitted she does it for attention because she wants people to notice her more, or to listen to her. People do things like that more and more each day, they claim something about themselves that is just completely untrue and expect others to take pity on them or give them some sort of special treatment.
Yes, I do understand and accept the fact that some people do need that special treatment, but that's part of their condition. We can't change the fact that some people need that attention because they are in fact suffering from a disorder. But when it gets so bad that regular people who are perfectly fine are starting to 'brag' about their condition and saying they have a mental conditiona dn see a therapist and do all sorts of things, then you know something is wrong. Because you have to think that people who really are suffering from those same conditions and have to get special treatment every day would honestly not want that anymore. And yet you still have people who claim something and you know it's not true.
Another example I can think of is on another site, I believe it was an Anita Blake site, in their cbox we had one new member come and start causing trouble, and when asked to stop his only response was 'I'm autistic' Okay, that's fine and dandy...I understand and can come to terms with the fact that people might be like that, but every five minutes he was saying the same thing. 'I'm autistic...I'm going to kill myself...' all of these things that gave him more attention over all of the other members. I do understand people are like that, but I don't see why even if it was true they would have to announce it to everyone else.
I guess there are two things you could do...The first one might be just to ignore it as best as possible. That's not at all easy to do, but it's better then starting a huge fight over it, because you never know, it might be possible something is wrong with her. Or you could kindly ask her to tone it down a little bit and that there are people who are getting tired of hearing her announce it. Just be polite about the way you say it though. But I do know the feeling, of having people take conditions like that for granted, especially if there is nothing wrong with them in the first place.
I hope things work out in the end for you!

Kick her in the teeth. Simple, and effective x). Okay, maybe thats not the best way to go about things, but it would probably make you feel better.
I can't say that I do know what your going through, because.. Well, I don't go to school D:. But, there is the few people who do act like that online. It is irritating, and it makes people not want to hang out with them, or talk to them. But you can't do much in that kind of situation.. So ignoring them would be best or kicking them in the teeth.
I just hope you feel better, Near.

.__. That must suck. A lot. I would just go up to her face and say "Dumb-ass. " or slap her or something. I really can't understand how much that really sucks though, to have a mental disorder. I do know how much it sucks to go to a school full of stupid people. ranked as one of best schools ever my bladder. I really wish I could offer something better than my rambling to help ya out. =| Just fear better Near, quaaa.

Jam, you complain about this every time we see her. Quiiiiit. There are worse idiots than Audrey running around, and you know it. People who are stupid, people who drive poorly, people who don't hang around, people who won't contribute, people who yell, people who over eat, people who are Robyn...Jammy, you would lovelovelove genocide. We talk about it often enough. If you got a chance at it, you would take out half of the human race. Pshh, why not just ask to borrow Raito's deathnote?

Ah, so others have to suffer from crap like this. What is the human race coming to?
This crap really bugs me, since both sides of my family have their fair share of problems. My dad had- and died from- epilepsy(hope I spelled that right), so it really gets to me when people start faking seizures. I just feel like punching them. Or as Mello suggested, kicking them in the teeth xD Asthma is another big thing with me; at my old school, it was some kind of fad to fake asthma attacks just to get out of P.E. >.> Wtf, dude?
I get *some* special treatment because of my asthma, and because it's very likely that I'll develop some other, more serious problems. Some just stay jealous, others go so far as to insist they need my, and I quote, 'special treatment'. The hell? Makes it sound like I'm in a wheelchair
Anyway, I understand what you all are getting at: it's not funny. If they want want problems, I'd gladly give them mine >.>;;;;;

That girl needs a shove down a staircase. Right now. >=[
Having a disorder isn't something to make fun of. It's downright stupid to fake one. There's one at my school who says he had a disablility to get away with stuff behind the teachers back, and the councelers let him off because he claim to be 'mentaly unstable'... Give my a break! He just makes it hard for kids like me who actually aren't.
You know, I bet that girl does hear voices. Like the ones around her saying "Shut the f*ck up".
