Brief Plot Description:
After one's fragile heart stops beating, it was known that they no longer resided in this world. That perhaps they had ascended into a place of the unknown. The mystery of death was intriguing, but the rapture brought confusion to the point of ignorance. When the infamous Uchiha Itachi bled dark into the autumn leaves and his shallow breathing was no more, his murderer, the avenger, finally believed his work was finished. Hanging by only a thread himself, Uchiha Sasuke looked over his brother's body. Color was drained out from his once tan skin and cold, black eyes, a sense of victory and regret brought a small smile to Uchiha Sasuke's lips. It's over.. His body gave out on him, but he lay there smiling. In an increasing amount of pain, he knew this was his place of death as well. Even though he wished for so much more, Sasuke understood his fate. In the last few seconds many memories kept the smile across his face. As he finally caught his breath, he was just as quickly about to lose it. His skin was numb, but he could feel hands. As the being called his name, he felt another come. At once he felt energy flowing through his body. Able to open his eyes again, he soon realized and concluded that this, in fact, was not his last day. Uchiha Sasuke was going home. Naruto.. Sakura.. Their friend and former teammate was picked up, yet without notice and concern, Uchiha Itachi had not been in the place he had fallen.
Not even a year had elapsed before Pein became impatient. With the disappearance of Tobi, he has taken the absolute positions as leader. Quickly, he and the remaining Akatsuki are gathering only the strongest of shinboi for Pein's plan to be revived once more. Pein, Konan, and unknowingly to the Konoha nin, Uchiha Itachi search for only one reason: the rape of the entire shinobi nation. However, their plans are known to the fellow shinobi of Konohagakure by the ever persistent Jiraiya leaving his notes behind for them. Tsunade remains as the Hokage, but she fears her death is near. As for the newly reunited team seven, their bonds are almost the same. Of course attitude and maturity levels have differed, but for the better. With the rest of Team Hebi joining Konoha, things are bound to become comical. And everything is now as it seems. The war brewing, however, is locked within each of their minds and worry aches at their hearts. They know they must act soon. Now, the only question is, will they receive help or will you join the Akatsuki and aid in their aspirations?
