It was just another typical day in the most boring school in the Japan. Students filed out of their classes, and head to their next. Milliard pushed her way through the crowded hall, knocking several people to the side in the process. She had a free-period and was determined to spend it outside and away from all these stupid people.
Whydo they have to stop in the middle of the hall to talk to their friends? She thought, her annoyance boiling up inside of her. There were several reasons to hate people her age, and this was one of those reasons. Crowded hallways were not pleasant places to be. They were hot and uncomfortable, and it was usually difficult to breathe.
Milly managed to make her way to the door. She stumbled outside, taking in a deep overly dramatic breath before heading down the main steps and onto the lawn. There were others out there as well, but she payed no mind to them. She wondered over to the nearest bench, and took a seat.

~Havoc ached for grapes for the worst way. He flown from the shinigami realm and was now hanging around the human world in search for either grapes or late night television but even he knew that the late night shows would have to wait. He happened to fly around the school he had met Oana at; To-Oh university. He had fun being around there, the empty hallways and the tranquility. Though there was no chaos around there, today was a pretty chaotic day. The shinigami took out his killer notebook known by some humans as the Death Note, and held it in his bony hand. He saw a human girl sitting alone on a bench and he sat down next to her. He stood up and went up in front of her and saw her name above her head.~
"Milliarde Kitabatake huh? Well you had better have grapes! I'm hungry!" Havoc said ripping a small piece of notebook paper and dropping it on her head so she could see the shinigami in front of her.
"Hello human. I'm the shinigami known as Havoc!" He said

Milliarde jumped at the sudden contact with her head. Her first thought was bird crap. It wouldn't be unlikely, but the sudden appearance of a rather frightening figure in front of her. He had appeared there so suddenly, and that was perhaps what frightened her the most. She noticed a lot of things, and it was hard for anyone to sneak up on her. Shock and fear only showed on her face for a few seconds however. Hiding her emotions was another thing she was good at by now.
"A shinigami, huh?" she said in an intrigued voice. She lifted her hand up to her head, searching for what it had been. Grabbing the piece of paper, she brought it down and looked at it. It was a small piece, obviously ripped off of something. She looked back up at the shinigami, noticing the notebook he held in one hand. She was beginning to see a connection between the two. It was pretty obvious after all. She sat there looking up at 'Havoc' as he called himself.
"I can't really say it's nice to meet you," she said finnally, looking back down at the piece of paper. "I'm Milly."

"And I can't really saw that I'm glad to see a human. To tell the truth, I think humans are vile and unpleasant but your grapes aren't. That was the whole reason I allowed you to see me...I want grapes and lots of them. Do you have them?" Havoc asked looking away from her. He looked back to see her looking at the piece of paper, somewhat interested in it. He smiled and opened his Death Note.
"That paper is from my notebook. That small piece of paper could easily tempt the calmest human into an entirely different person. The fact that you have it in your hands is a blessing. Or a curse but that depends if you knew what it was and how to use it properly. Now back to the grapes." Havoc said.

I'd agree with you on that, Milly thought. Havoc's comment on humans was very close to how she felt. And she was one of them. Humanity probably looked worse to a non-human. Greedy and uncaring, humans were among the worst things to happen to the world. But they weren't going anywhere anytime soon. At least Kira was killing some of the worst ones, but he was also only human.
She listened silently to the shinigami's description of the notebook. He seemed to take pride in it, and Mill found herself wondering what exactly was so special about it. It couldn't be anything good by the sounds of things. She would be better off to just forget about the whole thing and get this Havoc away from her as soon as possible. From the sounds of it, she was the only one that could see him. That would just make her look worse.
"I don't have any grapes with me," she said, standing up. "But I know were to get some."

"Where ever I have to go to get my grapes, then I will. So hurry human, I'm hungry. And believe me, you do not want to anger a shinigami!" Havoc said trying to sound as mean as possible. He saw her looking at the paper and smiled. He spread out his wings and flew above her, pointing to the piece of paper in her hand.
"If you are angered at anybody or you just want them dead, then write their name down. That's all it is. Once their name is written down, they will die. Once the name is written down, you go to MU or in other cases nothingness. You won't go to heaven or hell. So, is there anybody that you want dead or do you want to leave the 'paper' alone for a while until someone gets you mad enough?" Havoc asked with an evil grin

Milly smirked, and began walking. As if she didn't know that angering a shinigami was a bad idea. They were in charge of deaths after all. This did not last long, however, as the next part of Havoc's short monologue troubled her. This was far more disturbing than she would have thought originally. The ability to kill another person by merely writing down their name on a piece of paper. It seemed almost pathetic that it was so easy to kill someone. And by the sounds of it, killing people in this way came with a price. She found herself wondering if shinigami would suffer the same fate, but could shinigami even die.
"I think I'll hold on to it for later," Mill said finnally, pocketing the piece of paper and choosing to forget about it for the time being. She could think of a number of people to kill, but the paper wouldn't be big enough to write them all down. And even if it was, would she be willing to make the sacrifice necessary.

"It's natural for humans to discard power like that. Killing someone is a serious matter, well to humans at least. For us shinigami, it's no deal. We created the notebook, therefore there is no consequences for us." Havoc said. Havoc continued to follow her as he saw her put the paper into her pocket. He had spoke to a cop before who experimented with the notebook and a human who wanted to test the notebook to great extents without writing in it. Havoc never met a human who didn't want to write down the name in the Death Note... (Brain dead, sorry for the crappy post )
