Misa is a 19 year old girl with an hourglass figure. She has blond hair that falls to her waist. She keeps this down most of the time with two ponytails on either side of her head. Misa favors a more gothic look to her clothes and has her ears pierced.
She wears a cross over her clothes and has hanging earrings most of the time.
Misa also has a black wig presumably for walking out in public with out being noticed. She also wears glasses when she is dressed up in the wig. These appear to be non prescription as she has above perfect vision at this time. This is because she traded half her remaining lifetime (for lack of a better word) for the abilities to see people’s names and death dates for use of the Death Note of Rem the death god.
History: Misa is a famous model, singer and actress and has an immense crush on Light Yagami. She usually refers to herself in the third person by calling herself "Misa-Misa" and tends to be hyperactive. She poses as the second Kira to attract the attention of the first Kira.
She decides to devote her life to Light because he punished the criminal that killed her parents when she was younger; a burglar killed Misa's parents in front of her eyes. Misa, unable to forgive the killer and wanting to kill the burglar herself, saw multiple delays in the killer's trial before Kira killed him.
She obtains her Death Note from Rem, another Shinigami who is utterly devoted to her. Misa makes a deal with Rem that allows her to see people's names and lifespans over their heads unless, they own a Death Note.he is gaven the Death note of the dead Shinigami Gulus, who loved her.

Matana walked quietly through the streets, munching on the fruit she had stole for breakfast. She could steal something from one of the stalls that were just open up at this early hour of the morning. If she did that she ran the risk of being caught. Just like last time. She frowned as she remembered the botched pick pocketing attempt of a month ago. She had promised that man that she wouldn’t steal any more. That promise lasted all of 1 day.
I could always go straight and buy what I want. She mused as she looked at the fruit stands hungrily. But then I would have to let myself be seen by the shop keepers and other buyers. So both ways are a risk but which is more so?
Matana stopped to think about that in the shadows, well out of sight of any one who might be looking for her. She had another name too, ‘Lapis’ which is what she gave the boy who caught her when he asked. Matana never gave out her real name to anyone. Only her parents would know that.
