NMirror, Mirror ◊
Jayde stands at a full height (when not slouching or wearing shoes) of 5 feet and 5 inches. She has short red hair that tends to be spiked or just messy as though she just rolled out of bed. Reading her emotions is a cinch with her expressive, bright blue eyes that hold a slight ring of green around the pupil, which she inherited from her father.
When out in public, Jayde can be spotted wearing straight legged jeans with usually 2 or 3 belts, a simple tee-shirt and a vest. Her shoes are simple sneakers and nothing more due to her strong disliking of the footwear. Being that they are her two favourite colors, her clothes are usually red and/or black. While she is in a comfortable state of shelter (her house or where ever she happens to be staying) she prefers to laze around in pyjama bottoms and a tee-shirt or sweater.
Jayde is all about comforts, so whether she is at work or at play, there is usually a pillow, blanket or soft cushioning of some kind close by.

N What I've Done ◊
Jayde Parthenopaeus grew up in a good home. Her family was as a family should be up until the age of 13. At that time, her older brother grew tired of their parents praising her intelligence. Their parents always loved them equally, but her brother craved more and more attention. As he began dabbling in the world of drugs and alcohol, her parents became more and more distracted, leaving her feel she was an orphan in a family. Jayde grew self conscious and over time began to feel more and more guilty about her brother’s behaviour. At this point, she began trying to achieve low grades and eliminate any reason for people to pay attention to her.
Jayde grew into independence and solitude. One by one, her friends began turning on her, leaving her cold. After months of depression and bitterness, she began to see the brighter side of her life. She was losing attention; this is what she’d been aiming for. While always watching her family from the sidelines, Jayde lived her life and let nature take its course.
Learning from hurt and disappointment, Jayde attempted to hide her emotions. People who don’t know her see her as cold hearted, but those few that she feels strongly about know who she really is. While she cared for everyone, she tries not to let it show.
Jayde graduated high school recently and is currently attending college, enrolled in a technology course.

N Take a Look ◊
Jayde is a warm hearted gal, but don’t be fooled. When the time comes to get tough, she gets tough. Jayde believes that everyone deserves a chance in life and will never turn anyone down without reason. She also believes that a world without chaos is just as bad as a world without order. (Needless to say, she is an admirer of L and his work.)
This young woman can be rather clumsy at times and doesn’t always think things through to the very end or from all angles. She is an ‘in the moment’ person for the most part but when she decides to use her head, she uses it well.
As well, Jayde tends to be balancing on a line between pessimism and optimism. She is a creative mind and loves to write stories, songs and poetry. She is a quiet person when in thought or when she is truly content with her surroundings, however she can be quite humorous at times. She is also known for randomly repeating phrases, creating her own words and starting arguments just to get an idea of the other person(s) ideas and points of view.

N Show and Tell ◊
Jayde walked silently down the street. It was quiet...and cold. This has been one of the chilliest nights yet. She smiled to herself as she kicked her way through the fallen leaves. The cold wind whipped around her, her reddened ears beginning to sting slightly. She ignored it. It was dark outside and that was what mattered right now. She loved the night greatly. Her destination was ahead anyways. Wednesday night; time to stock up on food.
When she finally reached the store, she hummed lightly to herself, glaring at the people who watched her. She sighed inwardly. Why do I pretend to be mad at them? What’s the point? ...Do they really need to fear me? Similar thoughts ran endlessly through her head as she made her way down the main isle in search of instant noodles and marshmallows. She shouldn’t need to get much. Sweet foods were everywhere in her dorm room – she tends to keep those well stocked.
Everyone around her watched her closely as she moved around. People often watch her. They must be afraid of her... or they just think she is odd.
Making her way to the front counter to pay for the armload of food she managed to be hauling around, she spotted the cookie isle on her way by. A slow smile spread across her lips as she caught sight of some shortbread cookies. Must have... Jayde spun around and turned down the cookie isle.
She stood in front of the specific box of shortbread cookies and stared at them in wonder. Uh-oh. She glanced back and forth between the food in her arms and the cookies on the shelf. She whimpered lightly as she shifted awkwardly. There was no way her hands could grab them. After glancing around to make sure no one was looking, she twisted her body and laid her teeth into the box. A slight noise of triumph escaped from her throat as she lifted the box with her mouth.
It was now time to leave. She turned quickly to leave the isle but stopped abruptly and stood in place. Oh crap! Fighting to stop it from happening, she twisted her face and screwed it up into as many faces as she could. No success. She sneezed. She sneezed hard, sending everything in her arms flying about the isle, some even knocking other items to the ground with loud bangs and crashes...
