Will kill for grapes (Ukiyo)

"I guess you do have a point but i won't need to worry about dying by Kira anyway. It's his shinigami that has me concerned. I'm pretty sure that he doesn't help Kira since L is still alive but there are some doubts. We don't know if Kira has met L yet so we can't say for sure that the shinigami won't kill L so i can't say for sure if he'd kill me and it would be harder to find this Shinigami since he's invisible to you but I'm assuming if I can come in contact with Kira's Death Note, I can find his shinigami."
Ukiyo took the bag off his head and put it in his pocket. Ukiyo reached into his other pocket and pulled out a small bag with about two handfuls of grapes in it. Ukiyo assumed he would have to ask more questions so he brought more grapes just in case.
"Is there a way to kill a shinigami?"
Ukiyo tossed the bag to Havoc as payment to answer the question. Ukiyo didn't assume that he would answer the question but is was more of a bonus to him if Havoc gave an answer. If there was a way to kill them, he would try to get rid of Kira's shinigami as a safety precaution.

Havoc jumped at the question as he flew directly above Ukiyo. "Oh, so that's how you want me to go then? A simple, your time is no longer required would've been fine! You want me to tell you how to kill a shinigami so you can test it on me and eat all the grapes for yourself. You know what Jinsei, I said that humans were evil, cruel, and disgusting, but you by far are the worst that they have to offer. Shinigami have feelings too and for you to just want me dead, the person who told you all about the Death Note, now that is just the worst thing that can happen. A didn't even ask to kill a shinigami! Have I not given you the best two days of your life? Have I not shown you all of the things I known? But I can take a hint Ukiyo! Don't say no more! I know when I'm not wanted." Havoc walked around and thought for a second. He was still prett mad and pissed at Ukiyo, though even if he told him, he still wouldn't be able to kill him. Havoc, being a shinigami for a very long time, knew of the secrets of killing a shinigami. He knew half all the rules in the death note (not all) and other things that the other shinigami didn't know that much of.

" To kill a shinigami, you can do two things. Both of them are extremely hard ( < Ha ha OCC) to do and it's just easier to hide. One way and probably the longest way ever, is to take their notebook from them and hide until they die. They might go get a new one but they'd be pretty pissed off. The next way is for a shinigami to fall in love with a human and save that human's life. And, this one is a bonus, shinigami who break certain rules will automatically die. This means killing without using the Death Note so on and so fourth."
