[Havoc]

~Havoc eyed at the grapes as his mouth began to water. The more he waited for his fruit, the more anxious he got and waiting for something was boring. Havoc looked at the store clerk and saw him take the money. Money confused Havoc but he still nodded at Jinsei's question. A grin appeared on his face as he saw Jinsei's expression when he reviled that another person knew of the Death Note~

"Yes, I shall answer every question that you ask me to the best of my abilities, though whatever I tell you, you'll take it as such without second guessing myself. Oh and do not make me repeat myself more than once. Repeating myself is the worst thing that I could do and is a waste of our time...aren't I right Jinsei?" Havoc asked.

~Black wings expanded from Havoc's back as it lifted him some inches off the ground. The wings were studded with beautiful, yet "dying" jewelry. The jewelry consisted of rubies, emeralds, and torn apart diamonds. Havoc's eyes turned red as his hood fell over his skull head. ~

"The person who I spoke to was a human named or more likely called A. He is a private Investigator looking to arrest Kira before L does. By the way, he is kind of bright and dangerous, not to mention somewhat mean. He knows of the Death note and some good rules. Though I didn't have the pleasure to tell him every last rule in there...the most he knows is that Kira uses the Death Noe to kill humans and you can only kill with a Heart attack. At least that's all I remember telling him...hmm I don't remember that much. Wait a minute! Give me my grapes human or I will kill you!" Havoc yelled.

"Don't make such a fuss, i have no intention of not keeping my end of the bargain"
Jinsei opened the bag and took out a hand full of grapes and handed them to Havoc.
"The more information you give me, the more grapes I give"
Jinsei didn't really know where to start with the question but Havoc already answered several questions he had with the last statement he had. He knew enough about "A" so he didn't have many question for Havoc, he would go over to the NPA and see if they had anything on him. He also found out that Kira uses the same killing method as a shinigami so all he needed to find out were these rules that Havoc mentioned and how Kira obtained a death note and hopefully it shouldn't be hard to find out who Kira is. Jinsei didn't need to worry about finding L, once he finds out who Kira is, finding L should be relatively easy and if that doesn't work he could get information out of A. Jinsei assumed that A knows who L is since he's trying to find Kira before L so it shouldn't be that hard to get information from him and if possible he could even turn him into a puppet and then get rid of him when he's lost his usefulness.
"Can you explain to me these rules about the death note?"
Jinsei grabbed another handful of grapes and handed them to Havoc, Jinsei was going to ask another question so he made sure to grab more grapes this time.
"I would also like to know how Kira obtained a death note"

[Havoc]

~Havoc rolled his eyes. He would get a limited amount of grapes if he was going to be willing to answer questions by humans. This was the same method used by A, although it was a single grape at a time, and A would often stick his hands in the bag and eat a grape for himself. Havoc took the hand full, threw them in the air, and ate them all as they were falling~

"Now let's see, how should I begin. Heh heh, I know what I'll answer first so be ready Jinsei. Kira can obtain the Death Note one way, if the Death Note was to fall from the shinigami world to the human world, regardless accident or purpose, once the notebook hits human soil before the shinigami can retrieve it, it is property of the human world and the shinigami cannot touch it. That is the only way if it is from the shinigami realm. However, once the human touches the Death Note he/she is the owner of both the Death Note and the shinigami. The human can give up ownership of the Death Note at any given time if he/she sees fit, a little something I 'forgot' to tell A." Havoc said. He saw a person walk down the street who was typing on a sidekick.

"Hey Jinsei if you follow him then you can get a free whatever that human had if you know what I mean. Remember the guy with the cell phone? Well that thing the human had would go great with a phone. Oh back to the rules. Here's the basic rules of the Death Note:

1. The human whose name is written in the note shall die.

2. The note will not take effect unless the writer has the person's face in their mind when writing his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected.

3. If the cause of death is written within 40 seconds of writing the person's name, it will happen.

4. If the cause of death is not specified, the person will simply die of a heart attack.

5. After writing the cause of death, details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds.

There are a lot more rules and a special power but that will cost you more grapes. The special power will be two hand fulls " Havoc negotiated

"Okay I'll follow him then"
Jinsei didn't mind following the guy typing on the sidekick. Jinsei actually planned on buying one later but didn't have the money so he would use this to his advantage and it would hopefully keep Havoc amused and not bore him with all the questions Jinsei was about to ask.
"So another shinigami dropped a death note into the human world then, I guess it could be relatively easy for you to find Kira then, You could just look for someone with a shinigami following them."
If this was true then Jinsei could team up with Havoc and finding Kira would be a lot easier but this was just something Jinsei hoped, it wasn't his real plan. Jinsei was really interested by a lot of the rules the shinigami told him about though. The death note is pretty complicated but pretty useful. Kira can work wonders if he can if he has the ability to control the way people die so he could come up with a lot of different ways to outsmart L. Another thing that interested Jinsei was the rule that Havoc didn't tell A, with this information he could probably trick A into thinking something else about Kira and that would hopefully lead to his downfall.
"Two handfuls to learn about this special rule? Seems like a bit much but okay then."
Jinsei grabbed two handfuls and handed them to Havoc and then grabbed a couple more grapes and handed them Havoc again.
"The extra is so you can answer the question about you being able to find Kira's shinigami."
Jinsei had a couple more questions about the rules but he was going to ask them later and Jinsei suddenly remembered that he wanted to tell Havoc something. Havoc could easily lie to him and he didn't want that so he had to make it so he wouldn't lie.
"Oh by the way, try not to make up anything. If you lie about one of the rules or answer any other questions with false information, I take away the grapes and the amount I give you is deducted. This is just something I thought I'd mention."

[Havoc]

"Don't get too comfortable with me getting you the free stuff, I just want to add bonus years to my lifespan. I already have enough to last me decades but it's good to stir a little trouble once and a while. Besides, this would look bad on Kira's case and people will once again fear the good name of Shinigami!" Havoc cheered.

~Havoc reached for the grapes and threw them in the air, catching each one as they fall and swallowing it, without chewing. He cracked his knuckles and stopped when he heard Jinsei talk about decreasing the amount of grapes he would receive if lied~

"Why must all humans be so cruel? I swear to you that the world will submit to my power and surrender all of their grapes! Wait a minute, how will you know if I'm lying or not. It's not like you have the notebook in front of you," Havoc said laughing.

"Don't worry, I have no intention of getting free stuff from you, it's not everyday I get this chance though."
Jinsei continued to follow the guy but made sure not to get so close so that he can hear what he was saying. After a couple more seconds of walking he caught on to something Havoc said. He said he just wanted to add bonus years to his life span so Jinsei assumed that when the shinigami killed people with a death note they gain some life span. Would Kira be able to do the same or is this just a shinigami feature? Jinsei was going to ask but he decided he could ask later after his other questions were asked. Jinsei continued walking and gave a small chuckle when he heard Havoc ask why humans were so cruel.
"Us humans are cruel mainly because we're selfish. We do what we can to gain for our own personal affairs but there is a rare occasion in which there's someone who will do things for the other person's benefit but even then there's some reason behind it that goes towards their own benefit so there is never truly an unselfish person. Oh and I may not have a death note but if you give me fake rules it wouldn't be hard to figure out they're fake. I have many assumptions about the death note and they are mainly based on what I know about Kira, the way he kills, his victims, and the rules you've given me. If you give me fake rules they eventually contradict themselves and when that happens no more grapes. If you don't give me any fake rules I'll give you some bonus grapes as a reward, I'm only making this offer because figuring out if a rule is fake or not can just be a waste of time and a hassle even if it is obvious. Now Havoc, about those questions I asked before, can i get an answer please?"

[Havoc]

"I don't believe you. What I do believe is that you're bluffing. Listen here human, what's to stop me from killing you and simply eating the grapes while people crowd around your corpse. Actually, that will go good for me since seeing grapes fly around in mid air is something Kira can't do, they can only assume that a real god is amongst them. A shinigami. But if I do that then there will be absolutely nobody to talk to and going back to the shinigami world is to much of a hassle. You dodged that bullet, Jinsei. Now onto the questions!" Havoc said.

~Havoc was a shinigami who couldn't turn down from a challenge and this was just calling out for a challenge. He wanted to test and see whether or not Jinsei wouldn't give him any more grapes, although Jinsei knew that he wouldn't die if he didn't. Havoc thought of the easiest trick in the book from the rules to use for an experiment. For this to work, Havoc pulled out both of his Death Notes and tied them with a skull chain.~

"The secret power of the notebook is the eyes of the shinigami. The eyes of the shinigami allow the user to see the person's name and lifespan above their head. Although this is literally impossible to gain. In order to get the shinigami eyes, one must give up all of their Death Note. This rule also applies to shinigami. Now listen up, Shinigami can only have one notebook, they are given one notebook and the other can be acquired by killing a shinigami. I only have two notebooks and I had them 2000 years ago. I have the eyes of the shinigami also. I just received my eyes yesterday." Havoc lied. This was all a test and he knew that Jinsei would be able to be able to decipher his lie and then he would find out if he was lying or not.

Jinsei listened to the shinigami banter on about his theory to make people believe there is an actual god among them. Jinsei thought his theory was completely wrong. People would believe Jinsei was a criminal and the floating grapes would make people believe there is a ghost. If Havoc wanted to convince people about Shinigami's existence, he would need to do a lot more and probably kill Kira.
"Hold up Havoc, I would like to say something about that theory of yours. If you kill me, people will think Kira did it and think that I am a criminal and if they see floating grapes, they won't think shinigami. They will simply think there is a ghost eating the grapes and probably think it could be my spirit floating over my body. Us humans have many different beliefs but I'm almost completely sure they won't believe in Shinigami's. This is one reason not to kill me and another reason is simply this, with my help it will be easy to manipulate Kira and L and eventually we can lead them to their downfall. I know more about the human world then you do so I actually know where to start when looking for both L and Kira, the most you can do follow humans and watch over them until you see whether or not they're Kira or L and I'm, sure you don't want to be wasting your time like that, do you?"
Jinsei left the shinigami to think about that and then listened to the shinigami explain about the special rule. Jinsei decided to be a little suspicious and expected a lie since he just said he would take away grapes if he lied and the shinigami questioned him about how he would know if he's lying. Jinsei thought that the shinigami would simply check to see if he was bluffing about being able to tell if Havoc was lying.
"I find a couple things wrong with that piece of information you gave me. Alright, first thing. Your a shinigami yet you didn't have the eyes of a shinigami, so why call them eyes of a shinigami unless you already have them? Another thing, You've had two death notes for 2000 years, I won't deny that but if you only got your eyes yesterday, how have you been killing humans for so long without the eyes? I'm sure humans won't give you their name if you make them see you, they'd simply run. I find it almost impossible for you to live 2000 years without the eyes because from my understanding, when you kill people you add a certain amount of life span to yours which is why you can live for so long. Please explain this to me shinigami."
Jinsei thought the shinigami was lying but wasn't completely sure, but he decided to take his chance and to show he wasn't kidding about taking the grapes from him, he took out a small handful of grapes and ate them.

[Havoc]

~Havoc took out his Death Note and killed the man with the sidekick, letting him die a simple death: A heart attack. Havoc listened to Jinsei make his accusation about his last statement about the Death Note. Havoc scoffed and released the following statement~

"Because out of all other shinigami, I am the coolest, therefore I can do stuff that they nor Kira couldn't dream of. Why? Because I'm the best shinigami there is and ever will be!" Havoc said. He looked at Jinsei eat his grapes to prove his point and he held his hands out and yelled.

"OK! That was a test to see if you were bluffing about the grapes! Don't eat any more of my grapes human! No more lying now! Ask me any question and I will answer it truthfully!" Havoc yelled.

Jinsei ran up to the guy he was following when he clenched his chest and pretended to act scared pretended to check for a pulse or any signs to show he was a lie just so he wouldn't look suspicious to anyone else that happened to be around. Not many people noticed the person die so Jinsei wasn't that loud when he put on his act to refrain from gaining attention. While he was checking for a pulse he grabbed the guy's Sidekick and took his wallet and pretended to check for an I.D. While he was doing this he took out any money in the wallet and stashed it into his pocket. No one saw Jinsei take any of the items and when people came to check the body and find out what happened, Jinsei said he would go and get help and told someone to call an ambulance. They full-heartedly trusted him and Jinsei ran off "to go find help." Jinsei made a sign to show Havoc that he wanted to follow and ran up a bit and made a turn around the corner.
"Now back onto the subject. I'll keep you to your word on that but next time don't doubt me. Anyway, tell me the real rules of these Shinigami Eyes and I'd like you tell me if the statement I made before was true. I said it would be fairly simple for you to find Kira since you can simply just fly around and look for another shinigami following a human, is that true?"
Jinsei looked at the bag of grapes to see how many more grapes he had left and thought out some other questions that would basically sum up everything instead of asking a bunch of questions about little details.
"Oh and by the way, I gave you grapes before so you could answer those questions so you won't get any grapes until you answer those questions first. The answer you gave me about the special rule doesn't count since you lied."

[Havoc]

~Havoc looked at Jinsei take what was somewhat rightfully his. Havoc's lifespan had increased 20 more years, adding on to Havoc's 300 years lifespan. Havoc looked at Jinsei and smiled, showing all of his fangs to the human as he assured everyone that he would go get help, which of course Havoc knew that he wasn't going to do. Havoc looked at the body as Jinsei ran and gave a signal to follow. Havoc rolled his eyes, spread his black jewel studded wings, and followed over Jinsei~

"OK let's make a deal right now: I'll tell you the right information of the Death Note if you don't decrease any amount of my grapes. Now, it wouldn't be that hard to find Kira if I know which shinigami is his. This world is big and anyone could have a Death Note, so I can't point out who has a Death Note and who doesn't, well if the shinigami isn't attached to the human. But if I could find a shinigami following a human then I could narrow it down to Kira." Havoc said. He choked when he made the deal with the human determining his grapes. To make a deal with a human that doesn't have his Death Note is one of the lowest things he could probably do. He looked at Jinsei and turned his head away from him, trying to look as mean as possible. He was getting the feeling that the human wasn't fearing the shinigami that was talking to him. The Death God who could easily take his life, as well as save his life, he was not scared of him, much to the demise of Havoc. Havoc noticed his Death Note was still in his hand. He placed it back inside of his robe and continued to follow Jinsei.

Jinsei listened carefully as Havoc offered his deal.
"I'll accept that deal but I'm keeping you to your word so if your break that deal you'll get no grapes even if you do answer my questions."
Jinsei continued to listen to Havoc as he answered his questions and suddenly a smile grew on Jinsei's face. His smile wasn't a normal smile, it was creepy, like that of an evil and crazed person. Jinsei looked down for a second to calm himself down and when he looked back up, he was back to his original serious expression. Jinsei was now completely interested in the shinigami and was hoping he could use Havoc to track down Kira. Jinsei was getting a little impatient though, at this rate Jinsei would all day to find out about the rules of the death note and would need to buy more grapes, he was going to have to finish off the questions with the rest of the grapes he had, which was so far about full bushels and about half of another bushel, and see if he could make a deal with Havoc and team up with him.
"Havoc... I want to make two deals with you. First up I hope you know that if my questions were answered and there were left over grapes you weren't going to get them. I'd like to change that, I'll give you all the grapes in this bag if you tell me all the rules in the death note, about your shinigami eyes, and everything you know so far about Kira. My second offer is a simple team up to catch Kira. This is more of a win win situation in your case. If you join up with me I'll give you all the grapes I can get my hands on while we search for him and you can also find Kira. Before you answer I'd like to let you know that it would be easier to search for Kira paired up with a human, we both have different resources but if you put them together finding Kira would be no problem and from my understanding the most you can do is just follow humans, look around for shinigami, and try to damage Kira's reputation. My resources involve other humans such as the NPA and L. Right now I don't know who L is but the NPA can lead me right to him so contacting him isn't a problem but right now I want to find Kira and when that happens I'm sure I can find out who L is. You probably don't have much interest in L but together we can manipulate both of them and make them our puppets, together we can have have all the fun in the world, together... we can cause Havoc[/i] among this pathetic world! So shinigami, what do you say?"[/color]
Jinsei eyed the shinigami and once again he had the smile on his face and was on the verge of braking out in laughing. Jinsei was completely sure that if Havoc teamed up with him finding Kira would be no problem and Havoc shouldn't have a reason to decline since Jinsei's offer was just as much benefiting him as it was Jinsei.
(Using color is a good idea so I decided to give it a try ;D)

~Havoc looked at the human for a minute and saw him place on a creepy smile. He stood back and tightened the hood that covered his face. He looked at the human and heard his plan on withdrawing his grapes but then he heard something that interested him. All he had to do was tell him every rule of the Death Note and he would get all the grapes that he could possibly eat and he would be able to hunt down Kira. A smile creeped on his face as he cleared his throat and looked at Jinsei~

"Be forewarned human, the rules of the Death Note can tempt any man who has enough greed to use it. And the only cost for the Death Note is the human losing his mind and calmness as the Death Note is no ordinary thing to kill other humans with. Listen to these rules Jinsei and remain calm." Havoc said.

[1. The human whose name is written in the note shall die.

10. The human who touches the Death Note can recognize the image and voice of its original owner, a god of death, even if the human is not the owner of the note.

11. The person in possession of the Death Note is possessed by a god of death, its original owner, until they die.

12. If a human uses the note, a god of death usually appears in front of him/her within 39 days after he/she uses the note.

13. Gods of death, the original owners of the Death Note, do not do, in principle, anything which will help or prevent the deaths in the note.

14. A god of death has no obligation to completely explain how to use the note or rules which will apply to the human who owns it.

15. A god of death can extend his life by putting human names on the note, but humans cannot.

16. A person can shorten his or her own life by using the note.

17. The human who becomes the owner of the Death Note can, in exchange of half of his/her remaining life, yet the eyeballs of the god of death which will enable him/her to see a human's name and remaining lifetime when looking through them.

18. A god of death cannot be killed even if stabbed in his heart with a knife or shot in the head with a gun. However, there are ways to kill a god of death, which are not generally known to the gods of death.

19. The conditions for death will not be realized unless it is physically possible for that human or it is reasonably assumed to be carried out by that human.

20. The specific scope of the condition for death is not known to the gods of death, either. So, you must examine and find out.

21. One page taken from the Death Note, or even a fragment of the page, contains the full effects of the note.

22. The instrument to write with can be anything, ( e.g. cosmetics, blood, etc.) as long as it can write directly onto the note and remains as legible letters.

23. Even the original owners of the Death Note, gods of death, do not know much about the note.

24. You may also write the cause and/or details of death prior to filling in the name of the individuals. Be sure to insert the name in front of the written cause of death. You have about 19 days (according to the human calender0 in order to fill in a name.

25. Even if you do not actually possess the Death Note, the effect will be the same if you can recognize the person and his/her name to place in the blank.

26. The Death Note will not affect those under 780 days old.

27. The Death Note will be rendered useless if the victim's name is misspelled four times.

28. "Suicide" is a valid cause of death. Basically, all humans are thought to possess the possibility to commit suicide, it is, therefore, not something "unbelievable to think of".

29. Whether the cause of the individual's death is either a suicide or accident, if the death leads to the death of more than the intended, the person will simply die of a heart attack. This is to ensure that other lives are not influenced.

"And team up with a human to find my mortal enemy, the enemy to my shinigami existance Kira...Jinsei I don't know what to say except...I ACCEPT!" Havoc yelled. He backed up and laughed while clutching his Death Note.

(The laugh Ryuk laughed in episode 5 when Light told Naomi he was working with L.

"Hmm.. I guess it's normal for one to say that anyone would lose their mind when using the death note, I'm sure even Kira has lost his state of mind yet it's intriguing how he's been able to avoid L and keep his presence hidden.."
Jinsei stopped talking after that and pulled out a small note pad that he always kept on him and there was a lead pencil in a small pocket that was inside a folder and he took that out too. Jinsei then closed his eyes and listened intently as Havoc explained the rules of the Death note. As Havoc explained Jinsei wrote down everything he said pertaining to the rules. It wasn't much of a hassle keeping up with what Havoc said since Jinsei was a fast writer. Jinsei continued to write the rules down and eventually filled up a page and quickly flipped to the next one and whenever Jinsei accidentally broke his pencil he quickly press the button on the side to push out more lead. Jinsei winded up using two and a half pages of his note pad but had all 29 rules written down. Jinsei shook his hand a bit to shake off some of the pain that he felt in his hand and had a look of satisfaction on his face when he looked at the rules. Jinsei then put away his note pad and his pencil and looked up at the shinigami and continued to listen further to what he had to say and waited to see whether or not he would accept his second offer.
"It seems you've held your deal of the bargain so I'll hold to mine."
Jinsei handed the bag of grapes to Havoc and Jinsei's smile grew even larger when he heard that Havoc accepted his offer.
"Alright then Havoc, let's begin our search. We'll be the ones to set the traps in this game of Cat and Mouse!"
Jinsei had everything he needed he was sure Havoc had what he wanted to. Jinsei now knew all the rules of the death note and he had copied them to down to go over. Everything was falling into place and soon Kira and L would be stuck in Jinsei's game. Jinsei gave a light chuckle as Havoc started laughing and it suddenly became louder. Jinsei was bursting from laughter. His laugh was crazed like that of a mad man and sounded evil. Jinsei eventually calmed down and then looked at the shinigami again.
"That guy that you killed before had some money so after everyone clears up I'll go back to the store and buy some grapes so until then let's kill some time."

[Havoc]

"Most likely. To be honest, most shinigami, lost their state of mind with their Death Note. They would often use it and go crazy to find it to save their lives, though I don't see why. There's nothing good that happens in the shinigami world. It has been so boring around the shinigami world, that if I hadn't wrote so many names down in my notebook already, I would gladly drop it and let my life take it's toll on however it would." Havoc.

~Havoc saw the human finish write down the rules of the Death Note as Havoc smiled. This was something that he definatly didn't tell A, the complete set of rules from the Death Note is something most shinigami don't do, to those with or without the Death Note but Havoc wanted his grapes more than ever, even if he looked like an outcast to most shinigami but he didn't care. Havoc was handed the bag of grapes as his eyes filled with tears as he hugged the bag, being sure not to crush any grapes.

"Thank you Jinsei! I shall stick by your side if you had the Death Note yourself! Yes let's go get more grapes and set the traps for L and Kira!" Havoc laughed.
