Aurora doesnt look like any normal girl. Here eyes are blue and her hair has been dyed black with red streak in her raven hair but she was born with them. Her mouth looks like she has taken it from an angel. Her ears and nose are pierced.

Aurora's fashion is just plain Gothic. Her favourite outfit is her long black velvet Vampiric dress with a purple corset like middle and her New Rocks(Gothic shoes with metal on the heel and toe). Her makeup is black lipstick and her eyeliner done in the Ancient Egyptian way. She wears spiked wrist bands when shes not at work and a spiked dogcollar. The collar she does wear for work she made herself as it has her favourite Death god on it. Ryuk.

Aurora doesnt remember much. All she knows is that she was born a freak. She went to a private school all paid for and always came out top. She left school at 16 and flew over to Japan for an easy life. But things didnt go that way. Shes a Forensic Scientist a good one at that. She was hired by Tokyo PD and worked on many a case.

She is working and going to school(again) so her life is busy. Now and then she leaves Tokyo to go to the Lab just outside of the city to process DNA and take bodies to the Morgue. She lives in Tokyo now in a three bedroomed flat with her four cats. When she has time she sends files about the victims to either L, Tokyo PD or the FBI. But there is some thing about her. Shes working on both sides. She secretly passes information to Kira. One of these days she will get found out. But when?

Aurora's personality is FAR from normal. Before she goes to work she is constantly working the Biological and Chemical formulas for all the homosides she working on. She is very committed to not being disturbed if she is she turns into this fowl unpleasnt being. When shes in a relaxed mood before her job shes happy and very chatty and loves to crack jokes especially at parties.

At work she hardly sees anyone. She has her own lab and works through the day. She wont talk much but is in very concentrated mood when she works.

School life is kinda boring. She is in Lights class but rarely pays to attetion to teachers. When she gets told off she ignores them and walks out of the class like she souldnt be there.

Aurora got to the scene of the latest murder. She set down her took kit adjusted her collar with Ryku on it and then knelt down by the victim. "Oh goodness." she muttered. The police turned to her. "High levels of Sulpuric acid in the blood stream burned away the veins and sliced through the heart like a knife through butter." she sighed. The body was placed inside a white body back and driven back to the lab for further investigation.

Aurora clicked on the lights to her lab and walked over to her computer. "Danger levels." she whispered. She picked up her cell phone to call L but had second thoughts and set her phone down on the black marble desk again. "He wont want to know just yet." she said to herself. She began to analise the victims DNA through a strand of hair she got from the body.

When she got the results back from DNA she was in for a shock. "Oh goodness. Light!" she gasped. She ran out of the building and into the city and pulled out her cell and dailed L's number.

Please take a look at our rules regarding realism here on the site. I'm not sure you read the rules entirely or if you did at all.

As well, your appearance section is not acceptable here. We do not allow unnatural eye and hair colors here unless they are because of hair dye and contact lenses, because in Death Note unnatural colors simply don't happen naturally.

Your personality and history sections are not quite long enough.

Raito has informed me that you need your application reveiwed once more.

For starters, there is a template for a reason. You didn't even make an attempt to fill one out correctly. Instead, you took what you didn't understand out and went from there, leaving many things, such as remaining pieces of codes. The "Take a Look" section was for your history, not a picture of your character. Plus, this is so disorganized that one can not easily distinguish the sections from one another.

Now, onto your character.
First off, on this part is we have a temporary ban on foreigners, meaning that your character must have a Japanese name, live in Japan, etc.
Secondly, you say that your character is 16. From the other things that I am seeing being posted about her, that is simply impossible. As said in the rules also, no more ridiculously smart people. Plus, as I had said in your plot page, there would be no reason that the FBI and such would even take her seriously unless she was a witness of sorts.
You never mention an education of any sort past high school. Even with a high school degree at 16 or 17 (which is possible), she would not have been through college yet, meaning that she would not have such a job as you say she has.

This has me a bit baffled as to what you mean. What, exactly, was the born with? You just said that she dyed her hair, and you have nothing after that, so I am rather confused by this.

This too has me baffled. Also, from what I had mentioned on your plot page, she has no reason as to why she would be able to see Ryuk. She has never touched the Death Note that is currently in Raito's possession, and unless he was to have some sort of slip up, such as one he had with Chi, she would never touch said Death Note, or a page.
Now before you have a chance to go and change it to something about her touching the Death Note what was once in Ryuk's possession, I point out other rules. You can not control other characters, though your actions obviously influence them. If you have discussed such things with Raito, and can have a believable reason as to why you touched the Death Note, there is no reason as to why she would see Ryuk. This also counts out the "Worshipping Ryuk" bit.
Starting with the bit involving L (which I am adding in bits from your plot page and the thread you had started), how would she know him? What reason does he have to allow some 16 year old girl know him, his identity, and work with him?
He has none.
So this also means there is no reason she would really love him. She could respect him and look up to him from the point of view of anyone else who has seen things such as his broadcasts.
Plus, L would reuse to let someone that obviously (since you haven't said anything about her being able to easily lie, her Kira supporting side being known to no one but her, etc) cares about Kira work with him in any way unless she believed that she knew who the true Kira was (this going back to the witness thing) or suspected her of being Kira.
And how would she feed information to Kira without being caught almost instantly? She does not know that Raito is Kira; hence she would now know that he is Kira. And you do not mention anything about Misa, so it certainly couldn't be her. This basically only leaves TV and internet, and one could be tracked on both especially for something as important as the Kira case.
You say that she enjoys being chatty and joking at things like parties and does things before work, but then later, you claim that she works 24/7. Though this feat couldn't be done by her, you contradict yourself a bit there.
As for her weapon, it says modern and realistic. Samurai sword fits neither of those.
And her alliance wouldn't lie with the KSIU, unless you are talking what is supposed to be what she appears to be loyal to. Your character seems loyal to Kira, from what I've read, though from where you say things that aren’t possible and go against yourself so often, I'm not sure.
Being able to identify cause of death, time of death, etc., just by looking at a victim is not possible.
Your RP sample met the length requirement, though I noted a few spelling errors. This is a canon RP, and the fact that she knows L (see my reasons as to why she wouldn't above), Raito was dead, and the had the "Ryuk Necklace", goes against that. I ask kindly that you give us a new RP sample that consists only her being controlled such as this. This it to let us know that you aren’t going to be God-Modding.

A personal suggestion I give is that you start from scratch with your character. This would be easier than going back, fixing mistakes, adding on, and placing everything in a new template, which I myself will require if I am the final one to review your application.
