Momohime looks like an odinary girl who attends high school. However, she does not. She has the similarity appearence to 'Sadako' a horror movie character. Momohime's hair was long and silky, which is black. Her face is rather round-shaped that makes her looked cute in some way. She has a pair of moderate brownish blacked iris in her eye. However, her eyes will glow purple due to some occassional. She is 169cm tall an weights around 45kg.
Her most noticeable physical trait is the surprisingly developed figure she has for a teenager, especially in terms of her breasts. Her large breasts are occasionally made the subject of jokes in the series. L commented that "all the nutrition goes to her breasts".
Momohime was often seen in her blue-white sailor school uniform with long sleeve and a mini-skirt. She wore a current trend of highschool girls which is a pair of loose socks. She was rarely seen in her casual clothes, and if so, she'd wore a white dress.

Momohime's mother died in a laboratory fire. Momohime was only a small child at the time, and was severely injured. Her scientist father integrated technology into her body, and made her into a cyborg. The machine additions to her arms and legs were clearly visible, so Momohime made a necessary habit of wearing long sleeves and tights with every outfit.
After her father's death due to pneunomia, Momohime was taken by Watari to the Wammy's House, one of Watari's orphanages, as well as a safe haven and educational facility specifically for intellectually-gifted children. She then meets L, who opened her Heart and her first friend she've ever made. Momohime grows up with L since then. So far, only L and Watari knew the sickness she's having and her real name.

Momohime, called Sadako by her classmates for her resemblance to the character from Ring, has always been feared and misunderstood because of her appearance. There are rumors that Momohime can see ghosts and curse people.Momohime is a shy yet honest girl who is in search of friendship, but her resemblance to horror film character Sadako and Momohime's tendency to shy away from correcting people of misconceptions prevent her from doing so. Momohime is depicted as polite, optimistic, extremely kind, and selfless.
Momohime is not as bright as L, however, she can wrote theories of someone by watching them. She was rather high on awareness. She tends to second-guess everything she is presented with, and is extremely meticulous and analytical.
Momohime has also demonstrated that she is perceptive when it comes to people's mental and emotional state, mostly when it comes to Teru Mikami, able to tell what kind of driving force is pushing someone. She has a crush on L, and later falls in love with him, her feelings only become more evident as time goes on.

L and Soichiro Yagami is watching Raito through the camera they placed in a room.L bits his finger while watching Raito. Raito, who currently enjoying his potato chips in his room. Soichiro begins to doubt.
"Are you sure my son was the KIRA?" he said.
L picks up a panda biscuit and stuffed it in his mouth.
"Yup... Around...5%..." he munche the biscuit in his mouth.
Soichiro gone impatient.
In this camera, Raito is reaing a 'seinen' magazine due to not raise suspicious to L and Soichiro. He knew that they were watcing him.
"So he reads that kinda magazine..." L licked his finger.
Soichiro brokes out in sweat, "Raito..." he mumbled to himself.
After a few while observing Raito,
They've noticed nothing.
"This is not going anywhere..." L bites of a chocolate.
"What? What are we supposed to do now?" Soichiro said.
"Sadako." L muttered.
"HUH?"
A girl with long hair resembles to Sadako came out from th shadows with glowing purple eyes. She walks towards Soichiro and glanced near at him.
"Your son is quite a smart person...Everyone is natural, to read those porn magazines like that..." she said in a cold voice.
Soichiro was speechless and yet, SCARED.
"Onigiri, do not torment him." L said to Momohime.
Momohime moves away from Soichiro who is trembling.
She sits on a chair.
"Onigiri, please watch over Raito, will you?" L continues his snacks.
"Yes." Momohime answered with a pen on her hand and some paper on the table.
Soichiro is confused,
"Ryuzaki, who is this young lady?" he whispers to L.
"Onigiri 'Sadako'.My assistant. She is good on observing people, and could wrote about over a hundred theory of someone." L explained.
Raito closed the book as seen on the recording camera.
"HAJIME. (Start)" Momohime muttered.
She started to write all the threory about Raito which she is now observing. She seemed to focus on her work. Soichiro was overwhelmed by her ability. She lifted up her hand swiftly and tthen continues to write. After an hour of observation, Momohime has completed almost 322 theories of Raito Yagami.
"i-Impressive...." Soichiro mumbled.
"Raito Yagami ends his activities and movements around 10:30p.m. End" Momohime explained.
"Sadako-san, can i see the theory about my son?" he asked.
Momohime turned to Soichiro slowly and her eyes glow purple again, "Are you sure...you wanna see...?" she said coldly.
Soichiro sweated and horrified, "Well...ah...never mind..."
L scrubs Momohime's head,
"Do not understimate her, Yagami-san. She's a quite observant." he said. "Onigiri, you must've been tired. You can go and rest now. Ah, you may sleep inside my room or whatever." he continued.
Momohime bows and then smiles sweetly,
"Oyasuminasai, L-kun, Yagami-san." she said and walks away from the room.
