A shinobi world new and not yet entirely developed, the future of the villages and lands surrounding them are dependant on the political and war-bearing paths that the Lords and Kages choose to take. Alliances, clans, and village history all hold a large majority of importance, and the shinobi within are your most powerful weapons, when needed. Akatsuki has been formed, and is a group of ten powerful shinobi for hire, which may turn the tides of war for whichever country pays for their services.
