Alrighty, as far as applications go:
One more assassin-type will be accepted.
No more Wammy House related characters will be approved.
No more freakiskly smart people or hackers and whatever else the admin deems that falls into this category.
Members are not allowed to post in the applications unless it is their own!
Anyone who does so will be warned, and have that ugly bar under their profiles.
There is a temporary ban on foreigners. Too many people have foreigner characters, so for a while, everyone is asked to please make any new characters Japanese people.
