"Let us give a round of applause for our star performer, the Great Doki!" The guy at the microphone shouted, obviously excited for what he might do today. The audience felt the same as they all clapped and cheered when Doki walked up onto the stage and walked behind a low wooden table. The man at the microphone was immediately ushered away, and the show was fairly ready to start. Everyone stopped clapping, all eyes glued on him.
"Wow, big crowd today; I guess this means a big trick." Doki said to himself and the audience as he walked down and went to the other tables. As he did so, he began to take things from people, right off their tables, with the same old 'Can I borrow this?', 'I'll give this right back', and 'It will only be for a sec'. After he had gathered the sufficient supplies, he walked back up to the stage and placed all the random objects on the table.
"As you can see, I've acquired the following items: a broken hair scrunchy, three quarters, three pieces of used bubble gum..." Some of the women in the audience were looking at him with an eyebrow raised; obviously, they 'donated' the bubble gum. "... A Sharpie, a kid's marble, and, something from props already here, the letter Y." He held up a wooden capital Y and placed it back on the table.
"You might be wondering what I'm doing with this... and I do too." Doki said as he took two pieces of bubble gum and stuck it on both ends of the Y, followed by the attachment of the scrunchy. Next, he dropped from the stage, along with the Sharpie, and drew 4 small X's on random spots of the walls. He then ran back up onto the the stage.
"I am now going to show you my sharpshooting... by hitting those X's with these three quarters and this marble on the slingshot I just made. If you own these, just go ahead and stand at an X." Three men and a small boy got up from their chairs and went to the X nearest to them. "To make this more challenging, I'm going to hit them where the lines cross." As he spoke, he secretly switched the marble with a miniature smoke bomb. "They won't see this twist." Doki thought.
Making sure that the arrangement of the slingshot was secure, he fired the first quarter and the second quarter at the appropriate X. Each hit their target, and fell to the hands of the men. A few people clapped, believing he was being small today. He then fired the third quarter, which landed at its appropriate X. Everyone clapped again, but not as loud. Then, he pulled back the 'marble' and fired over the X about a foot above the boy, and it immediately exploded on contact, a small bit of smoke above his head.
"Whoops, too hard." Doki said out loud for everyone to hear. They clapped harder, but not quite as hard. "I'm still not quite done; this is probably something you really DIDN'T see coming." He immediately pulled the extra marble out from its hiding place, now attached with the last piece of bubble gum and a piece of a sparkler, now lit; he had done this when everyone's eyes were on the smoke bomb. He fired it at the last X target above the kid again, the back of the marble practically on fire as it shot and hit its mark. The sparkler had gone out and landed in the boy's hands.
Everyone clapped and cheered, but Doki had disappeared in the few seconds everyone kept his eyes off of him. The Sharpie, the scrunchy, and the letter Y were left on the table, so their respective owners came up to get him. The man came back up to the stage once again. "Gotta love him! Up next: Open Mic Night!" The audience groaned.
As this was being done, Doki was already outisde, heading back to the Oita's. "Hm... I wonder what I'll do next time..." He asked himself as he walked.

What a performance. Personally, watching somebody astound and trick humans for profit amused the shinigami known as Havoc. Havoc thought. If he was to obtain the Death Note, he could spend all eternity or the rest of his life, performing for him. But that would get annoying once in a while. Havoc clapped and stood up then followed him before he left. The shinigami reached into his back pocket and pulled out a black notebook with a skulled chain attached. He smiled and thought of an idea. What was the harm in letting him see him? He had done it to so many people, that practically everyone knew about a shinigami with a hood and red eyes burning through them. He opened the notebook and ripped a small piece of paper from it. Obviously, he waited until the human was alone to tap him with the notebook paper, otherwise if he did it in there then he would make a fuss and everyone would start screaming.
When they reached outside in the alley, Havoc was starting to get hungry and acquired the taste for his favorite human world fruit; grapes. Now was a perfect time for him to tap the human with the piece of notebook paper. Maybe he would be able to give him some grapes and entertain him. His wings came from his back as he flew above him and dropped the paper on his scalp. He flew directly above him, so he would be able to look up and see someone holding a scythe following him.
"Hey human. What's up?" He said laughing at his own joke.

Doki had been walking around for quite a bit now, and had begun to get bored... which is pretty ironic, since he just got rid of the boredom of other people. Well, at least he now gets paid to do it... 6000 yen a show isn't all too bad, really... especially for his age. Either his boss truly liked him, or he was probably getting paid less than what he's actually worth... but then, there's no profit in it all. Besides, he had much more important things to worry about right now... after all, he still hadn't even done his homework, and it was already 6:00pm. "Mrs. Oita is gonna kill me..." Doki said with a heavy sigh.
As he walked, he quickly got out a small booklet and a pen. He wrote down a couple of random words; he would probably end up using these for his next show. As he turned the corner, he'd filled the page, and pocketed the two objects again. Oddly enough, he hadn't been watching where he was going... because now he was in some kind of dark alley, the sun barely showing from above the tall buildings. "Just great... well, I can't call her, or else she'll give me the same lecture again." So, he continued to wander, hopefully to find himself close to home, but all it led to was more alleys, and less sunlight at each passing one. "Well, this is just a fun little mess..." As he said so, he turned a corner and breathed a sigh of felief; he'd found himself back.
Doki felt his pockets, and realized his book was missing. "Dang it! That had my ID in it!" He quickly rushed back inside, searching the ground to see if he could find it again. After a couple of alleys, he eventuslly found it sitting on the ground he picked up and breathed a sigh of relief. Then... he felt something touch him on the head. He grabbed something; it was apparently a small piece of paper. He looked around then down... to see a looming shadow... with a scythe... and looked up to see one of the ugliest... yet frightening... things he;d ever seen. The scarier part? It was talking to him.
He fell down, as if at loss of words, and then shook out of it. He tipped his head in curiosity, then took his finger and poked the scythe's blade; it was real all right. "Are you what I think you are?" Doki asked him curiously as he looked him over a bit more.

"Well that depends human, what do you think I am? Some people call me nothing more than a mere spirit or a ghost. Those people have messed up minds about what is real and what is fake. I call myself a shinigami or as you may be thinking...a god of death. My name is Havoc. No need to introduce yourself because I can see your name already. But your name isn't the only thing that I can see. If I wanted, I could tell you how long you have to live on this Earth. If I wanted, though I don't want to, I could cut it short. Now, let's chat shall we? That was a beautiful performance that you did and me like the other humans in the room, applauded though you couldn't see me applaud." Havoc said. The shinigami saw the human touch the blade of his scythe and moved it away with his face in a 'pissed' expression.
"Don't touch" He said. He flew down and landed on a trashcan that tipped over. The shinigami clocked at 7 feet, not towering over the magician by much but by enough. Havoc thought for a second and grinned.
"Human! You have been chosen to follow my every whim. Refuse to do so and I will torture you throughout the remainder of your life! Now, my first command is for you to bring me the human delicate fruit known as grapes! Bring it to me, immediately!" Havoc said in a less-than-terrifying voice. Like other humans, they would refuse and ignore Havoc's tough shingami act, something that usually pissed him off more than anything. To tell the truth, he was just hungry and this was his way of saying 'got any grapes?'

He listened to mostly every word he said, though, he couldn't help but wonder if this Shinigami was bragging a bit. After all, not many people talk about their talents without asking for praise, respect, and any other sort of adoration. Still, it would probably not be best to bug him too much... after all, he's the one with a scythe, and would probably be pretty hard to kill somethingt hat usually does all the killing. He also couldn't help but feel good about himself, as he had liked his performance... though, obviously, he could do a lot of other entertaining things besides slight of hand. He was getting ot be a bit off his train of thought; he'd best bring his attention back to this... Havoc.
"For the record, people prefer to call me Doki... whatever name you see, I don't often go by it." The command, though, was a bit... 'over the top'; honestly, Shinigami must have a lot of power to act like they're kings. But, then things got weird; he was a bit hungry too, and there was a food cart over by the alley exit. "Might as well; you can stay there and I'll come back" He told Havoc as he walked off. He went through alleys, out the exit, and a few yards to a small grocery cart. After buying three bags of grapes, he then walked back to Havoc in the alley.
"Which color do you want? I personally don't care which kind, as long as I get at least on of these." Doki said, holding up a bag of green and a bag of purple grapes. He left one of them gently on the ground, since it was a bit difficult to walk around with three grape bags with no handles. "Is there a real reason why you let me see you? I'm pretty sure seeing Death isn't a regular 'How do you do' sort of thing." He couldn't help but be suspicious (and curious) of the odd Shinigami. "And why grapes?"

Personally Havoc didn't like being told where and when to do anything by a human. It seemed that he had been given a lot of orders while in the human world and gaining less respect. If he allowed this to continue, he would never earn the number 3 ranking for shinigami. But then again, he was a slave to both the Death Note and grapes.
"Well ask yoursel...Doki, when you walk on the street, why would anyone talk to you? Usually they say hi to be friendly and let you go about your business. Now, Death gods are very different. We let humans see us because the whole controversy of shinigami not being real is a threat to our society. I'm pretty sure you know of the self proclaimed god known as Kira right? Kira is nothing more than a human using the same weapon as us Death Gods use. He is nothing more than a wannabe Death God. Now look at it from our point of view. How does it feel for a human, the people we kill, decide that he will become one of us? That's a little demanding right? I mean, we was here first so don't we have a say in the matter? So, the some of us who want to keep the image of shinigami up, come down to the human world letting humans see them and know that they still exist and that we still are here. That we still make judgments, we decide whether a person lives or die, and we are better than Kira will ever dream, hope, or brag that he is. And Doki, that's why I allow you to see me. Don't flatter yourself though, you're nothing special. You're not the first human I allowed to see me. But you are the first human to provide me with a bag of grapes without making me answer any questions about me or the shinigami life. Well, no major questions that would help you if you was looking for Kira or L anyway." Havoc said. He took a bag of green grapes and took a tree of the grapes, then shoved them inside of his mouth, stem and all.
"Why not grapes! They're tasty, juicy, colorful, doesn't resemble death, and best of all; they're never alone!" He said hugging the bag. He thought for a second. He could've repaid the human back for the bag of grapes so he would let him in a secret.
"Hey, you interested in Kira?"

Doki couldn't help but feel this guy was very open... he was pretty much telling him a lot of things he hadn't even bothered to ask about at all. Well, the Kira trying to be a Shinigami bit is kind of useful, especially the weapon bit, but... then he starts talking about Shinigami in general, when he really only asked about him. Well, a fact was a fact... he might as well heep it in mind. "Well, I'm just saying: in the human world, you can invite a theif into your home and not know it until he robs you. In this case, you could have had more intentions is all..." Doki said to him. "You can never know what people are thinking..."
It was kind of funny how this guy hate his grapes; he is obviously not a wasteful Shinigami, that is for sure. He went ahead and took a grape from the bag on the ground and popped it in his mouth. This was about the time when he had mentioned the Kira case... why would he be so open about other things going on in the world? "Well, best to go with the flow..." Doki thought to himself. "Well, you could say I'm interested... as far as most people know, he's killing criminals with, I guess I know now, a Shinigami's weapon. Though, honestly, if he doesn't want to get caught, he should be smart enough to take out the police..." He pretty much said that last bit for selfish reasons, but it was his personal opinion.
He heard his cell phone suddenly ring, but he immediately hung up on it. "That was probably Mrs. Oita..." Doki thought to himself as he turned back to the grape-loving Shinigami. "Though, that's about as far as I know... is there even more to that?... wait, are you even allowed to tell me all of this?" He raised an eyebrow as he looked at him still. Honestly, he hasn't even asked one question about Kira, yet he's being told anyways... or lied to, but either way, the stories are fun. Another garbage can suddenly fell to the ground, freaking Doki out a little bit. He turned to see it was just a stray cat... he was going to be afraid of a cat when he's talking with Death itself?

"Oh yeah. I am getting a little ahead of myself but I've been talking about the notebook for a while for one reason: to find Kira. The old man would probably get mad at me for saying something, but I did know him since the beginning of human history and he does owe me some favors. Anyway back to what I was saying, hopefully if I mention it to someone who knew Kira, they would spill the grapes about him and I would be able to make them let me meet Kira. Of course, I could spot Kira on the scene but I won't tell you how. And don't get cocky human, I'm telling you only one thing about the Kira. The Kira has something that can make people die of a heart attack. And this power isn't a 'power' per say. This is more of a...material. And like any other materials, it can be lost and obtained by something or someone." He said. He ate three more trees and came closer to Doki, his eyes gleaming and his fangs showing.
"That's right Doki! You can become Kira himself. All you need to do, is take what he has. Now...do you want to know what he has that you can take? I'll give you a hint: you write notes down in it. A type of book that notes are written it. Can you put those together?" Havoc said.

"Old man? Wouldn't they both be about the same age anyways?" Doki thought to himself as he heard it. When he heard the favor bit, Doki was honestly wondering if he just loved talking about his life... well, people do that too, but this guy was probably thousands of years old. "Cocky? I never even asked him to tell me anything... if anything, he just has a loose tongue with an obsession of getting to Kira." As the conversation went on, he once again got a small clue, then an extremely huge clue. Though, the close-up was a bit... unnecessary, and would have been scarier if he'd turned around to it, but Havoc sure knew how to look threatening to people. Doki looked at the small piece of paper that had fallen on his head earlier, just before he saw Havoc.
After looking at it for a couple of seconds, it looked like a corner of a piece of notebook paper. But, since this was probably part of a Shinigami's weapon of death... "Well, I can go with the stupid name of the Killer Notebook, or the cooler-sounding one of Death Note." Doki said as he dropped the small scrap to the ground. "I'm going to a take a guess and say the notebook can do more than just kill by knowing our names? If that... "Doki pointed to the piece on the ground. "Is part of what I think it is, then it also lets you see the owner which, in this case, is you?" This guy sure was... odd, but, the most interesting things come to you in the most interesting way.
"Taking his weapon, though, would be... incredibly stupid. After all, society is a bit... odd." Doki said. "First of all, anyone could be Kira... well, in this particular part of Japan. Second, he obviously has a way of getting other people's names; since my name is on record, it wouldn't be too difficult to kill me if Kira himself knew that I myself was looking for him." His index finger went across his neck, as if cutting his head off. "Third, even if I did find Kira, it would probably be difficult to take the notebook without myself being accused... unless I myself killed him. Even then, if people were around me as I did so, it would still be murder." Hake sighed a bit. "The world's just that weird. Even though I do want it, I just don't see how I could do it in secrecy... trust me, no person in the world could match L's kind of secrecy." Well, unless he wanted to add his two cents...
He stopped talking for a bit, as he had suddenly heard some footsteps; they quickly went away. This time, he breathed a sigh of relief. "I'd rather not be sent to the Happy Hotel for talking to something others can't see..." (Can't help but feel I'm boring you. XD)

Havoc looked at the human in amazement as he dropped the piece of Death Note paper on the ground. Usually when a human finds out that they have the power to kill someone by means of a heart attack they would think about all of the people who had done them wrong and thought about how it would feel like to kill them without getting arrested or feeling guilty. The power was in his hands and he released it. Amazing, he was able to refuse the power of the Death Note and continue to live a normal life, without the shinigami weapon. Like hell Havoc would allow that to happen. That paper would never expire and he could at least keep it as a souvenir or until he wanted to write down someone's name. The nerve of some humans! "W-W-what are you doing? You just dropped a piece of the notebook paper on the ground. Why would you do something like that? You could keep it to kill someone you don't like, show it to tell someone that shinigami are real, so many things you can do with that piece of paper. Let's not forget, what if it goes in the hands of another human, they could accidentally write the name of their friend or family member and that would be nothing but chaos..." Havoc said. He liked the fact that there would be chaos but there wouldn't be chaos if he wasn't around to see it. That's both disrespectful and disgraceful to the shinigami name! He nodded when Doki answered the question with another question. Basically it was yes or no and Havoc didn't want to talk on a question that could be avoided with just a simple nod of the head. "You may be right about that. The world around you humans have mixed ways of showing hatred and companionship. If L just lets Kira do what he's doing then I see no problem in it. It's safe to say that L hates Kira as Kira does him. Then there's the people who's their companion. And don't be so scared about getting killed by kira. Personally, I say getting killed by the Death Note is a great honor since you could go easily or go painfully, whatever is written down by the author. However, Kira isn't the only one with a Death Note. Apparently 3 dropped down from the shinigami world to the human world....hey quick question Doki, if L was to catch you with a Death Note, could you be arrested?" He asked. If he would get arrested, how much fun would he be able to have with this particular human? Then it hit him, he actually wanted the notebook. All he was scared of was hiding it. Yeah, that was the only thing having to worry about when a human had the Death Note. Hiding it seemed to be no problem for Kira. He wasn't caught was he? "Well maybe you can't but Kira can. He's hiding the Death Note expertly if he came this far without getting caught by L. Well you never even tried hiding something like that before. Here's a thought, make something personal like a journal or something and fill it with fake dramatic events and try hiding that like you would hide the Death Note. Or just buy a regular notebook, hide it expertly, and write stuff inside of it. Then when you get the real thing, you'll be ready."(You're not )

Doki looked at him strangely. "Unless you hadn't noticed the size of your paper, it can barely fit the first character of my name, let alone write my full name or its English counterpart." Doki said to Havoc. "So, anyone who might find it will think it's just a regular piece of paper on the ground, and simply leave it at that." Besides, someone would have to get pretty lost to find themselves were he was anyways. "And besides... I could care less if my foster parents died." Straight from the heart, really, no questions asked.
Doki took a few moments of thought before he answered this particular question."No, Havoc, I really doubt that they would be able to arrest me for owning a notebook. Even if it did have names written inside of it, they could not connect me to any crime with only that. They would first need to prove that I was the one who wrote the names, confirmed those written were dead, but sadly for them, they can't prove that it just wasn't a list of the dead I take particular interest in. So, they wouldn't be able to convict me." Though, they would probably need to confiscate the notebook, which if the deaths stopped... but honestly, who would keep every single name they've written in the notebook?
Doki grinned a bit. "Even though I'm a well-paid entertainer, I have even a little brain, Havoc." He adjusted one of the bracelets on his arm before he continued. "It would actually be fairly easy to hide a weapon that looks like a notebook. First, you would remove the binding and slightly edit the cover; paint, a large sticker, maybe even a cover of some sort." That would solve an appearance issue. "If that is not quite available, do the same thing, only buy a notebook with similar sized and lined pages, take out out an amount equal to the pages removed, and work it inside, probably in the middle or toward the back. It's common knowledge that when a notebook is opened, people usually start in the front and work their way back." He looked up into the clouds before moving on.
"If I ever happened to own a notebook, then using it would be easy. My school grades nearly rely on my photographic memory; getting names for said note could be done in a morning, then, throughout the day, they could be written in the middle or back of a so-called regular notebook and no one would even notice a difference in my day." A hair fell in his face; it had obviously been a bit hot today, or else that run earlier wouldn't have caused it. He quickly put it back in place before he decided to go into it a little further. "Then, most likely, whenever a page is filled out front and back, it can be cleanly ripped out and burned, since for it to be full, you could not even fit in an extra name, therefore useless... similar to what I did with that scrap, which could not fit my own name." He pointed down, where the paper still was, as the wind hadn't even picked it up and carried it away yet. "If I leave it in there, or if the rips are incredibly obvious, then I'm simply giving myself away."
"It's not that I can't hide or use the notebook in secret.... the issue is getting it in the first place without getting caught." When he thought about it, since Kira would be getting rid of criminals anyways... why not reduce the number of police? If Kira is going to make a some kind of crime-free world, then why would there need to be police? Sure, this was probably his own biased thoughts about his history with officers, but then again, did he care? "That's really all there is."
He noticed that the outside was getting to be a bit coler after he had stopped talking; he also hadn't seen too many trace of the sun, meaning it was about sunset. "I'll probably end up getting Mrs. Oita made... which will probably be the fun part. Doki said. (Heh... the new How To Use is gonna make Havoc bored. XD)

Havoc was stunned on how well he put it. It was so well put together that it was almost similar to what Havoc was thinking. He thought about it and it did seem kind of obvious that burning the pages of the notebook after you was finished with it would make it easier and harder to get caught. After all, the death note never ran out of paper so he could rip out every piece until he turned old and grey but the Death Note would still be full. Maybe humans weren't all that stupid as Havoc thought. This was a whole new way to look at them...or just look at this particular human. The only thing he wondered was if Kira was doing the same thing as he said. Of course, there was no way of Havoc knowing and there was no way of Doki knowing...at least that's what Havoc based him on. Havoc's main goal was to find Kira and he would go on anyone who had any leads to him. Doki of course was not Kira, Havoc could tell on many reasons, but it wasn't entirely impossible that he could've either met, spoken to, or work alongside Kira. Putting all jokes and friendliness aside Havoc thought it would be better to question him and see who he stood with. If he would say the wrong thing, Havoc would be able to use that to his knowledge and think he works with Kira. He would wait until the end of what he would have to say first, then he would as him.
"You know if you want a bigger piece of notebook paper then by all means ask away. I would never get mad and never say no, but I won't provide you with a writing utensil. If you don't have that, then tough luck. Wow, that's a harsh way of putting it. Then you'll be an orphan...oh...my bad." Havoc said.
Havoc looked at him and thought for a second. A photographic memory would be a perfect asset to someone working with Kira. It'll be almost like a pair of shinigami eyes, but you won't forget them as soon as you pass it. Havoc couldn't tell if clues were pointing to Doki or not but he still believed that he worked with Kira. This was the perfect time to ask.
"So you're for Kira making a new world and if you had a chance to help him, then you would jump at it by killing the police? Hmm. Have you ever met Kira and he told you that he was Kira therefore this was all an act about you not knowing a thing about the Death Note and you actually know who Kira is? If you know about Kira then speak now Doki, I won't hurt or kill him but I would want a word!" Havoc ordered. He basically told Doki that he thought that he worked with or knew Kira. This wasn't all that surprising, everyone he met he thought they worked with Kira until he heard they either hated him, wanted to catch him, wanted to mess around with him, or ignored him all together. This was the first time he met a human who actually wanted to help Kira which he thought was a bit strange.
(Yes they will. I think the human world thing was made for me...yeah DX)

Doki had seriously considered attempting to punch this guy; a person's dead parents is NOT something that you should bring up in such a manner. But, if a gunshot could not do its job, then why would punching it do any good.? Though, the bit before somewhat confused him; why in hell would he offer to to give him a bigger page? Either its out of the 'kindness of his heart', or, he was fishing... still, it would be rude not to answer. "Even if I did take a bigger piece..." He pulled a pen from his pocket. "I consider everything I see a useable prop, and this includes pens; you should know, as I'd taken a much as the bubbglegum from people's mouths." That bit might have been disgusting, but it was decent entertainment.
Well, this confirmed Doki's suspicion on fishing, as he now went straight to the point. He sighed and shook his head. "I actually stand neutral; I can understand what Kira is doing, sure, but I simply believe that with the decrease in criminals means the decrease in need for officers. He is simply doing half the job, and thinking half the way. If I were able to kill them, they'd probably think Kira finally cracked." He just remembered the pen was still in his hand, so he quickly put it in his pocket. "I have never met Kira, we have never made contact, and this is the first time I've even heard of a Death Note." He wasn't sure how much clearer he could possibly be.
"Besides, even if I'd been in contact with Kira, wouldn't it be weird for me to start meeting with someone unexpectedly, as I probably could not have ran into them on the regular schedule I have?" Doki asked Havoc, an eyebrow raised. "What I mean is, even if I did meet Kira, suspicion may be put around me if there was a slight change in my day? This would especially be so if I began to be late or flat-out miss my performances at the restauraut." Doki in fact once considered that he was be watched, but it was just some old man who was getting too close for his own good. "Am I wrong about saying so?"

"True and to my understanding that is nasty. And I should know because I've seen some nasty stuff in my time and that was by far one of the nastiest. But I can't help but wonder, you would do that just to get some cheers and laughs but you won't use a piece of the notebook to take out any enemies. Are you scared?" Havoc looked at Doki wide-eyed as he ripped out half of a piece of paper and held it in his hands. He stared and stared while Doki defended himself, which changed Havoc's mind. If he was neither for or against Kira then Havoc believed him...for now.
"OK I believe you. But seeing as how you said that the decrease of officers would be necessary and making it seem that Kira has cracked, that would be a good idea for someone who plans on messing him up...then getting a death wish. Come to think of it, if I handed you this paper then that could be the end of your life since Kira would be focused on stopping you. How chaotic, ha." Havoc said folding the paper and putting it back in the book.
Havoc went back with his mouth wide open while looking at him. This human was actually standing up to him, a shinigami! But still, he did make a point. Havoc had been to practically all of his shows and he made it on time. If Havoc had owed him an apology, which he would, he wouldn't get. It wasn't likely that a shinigami, let alone Havoc, would apologize for accusing someone of something.
"You may be right.
(Sorry, writer's block.)

Doki raised an eyebrow. "Scared? There are far less things to be scared of than death; it just simply isn't the time. As far as where I'm standing, this had only been happening for just a little bit; wouldn't it make a sense to wait for things to turn in my favor or wait for an opportunity to arise?" He began to play with one of the hairs on his head as he spoke. "I want to make sure that Kira is suspected of killing police, as it rules out there being yet another Kira, another one to look for." After all, it would leave to a whole different investigation, a chance that he himself actually could get caught.
"I'm not exactly trying to mess him up; I would just simply put some extra focus on Kira and less suspicion on myself... then again, why do I keep speaking hypothetically?" He asked him, making a dull knock on one side of his head. "As for my entertainment methods... well, I'm not exactly the richest guy in the world. Another thing is that your audience can be like your little store... only, I take them but give them back later; it's simply more amazing when you can take everyday items and turn it into a fun fest. It's also much, much more fun." He pulled out one of his little smoke bombs. "Though, this is one of my very few outside props; that is what I switched the marble for earlier."
He felt his phone now vibrate, but he immediately hit the end button without words except for "I really don't want to deal with her..." It was probably her alleged 'maternal instincts'... but as far as Doki was concerned, she was NOT his mother. He then returned his attention to havoc, who had apparently been holding his mouth open at him. Doki looked around to see if they could talk about something else for awhile, and then found the solution. "Ever play cards?"
