Thread spotlights merely have the purpose of showcasing exceptional threads, or those of plot importance. While they may not be frequently updated or added to, they are meant to provide a point of interest for those who are bored or wish to stay in touch with what canons and certain Original Characters may be up to.
Members who are involved in the threads may, depending on staff view, receive karma (lifespan) points, varying according to post quality.
Crack threads are also eligible for the thread spotlight, though it will be noted that they are indeed crack.
Members are free to submit threads to the staff to be looked over for the thread spotlight.
It is likely that only up to five may be up at any time. |
