Neo has brown eyes but from afar, people sometimes confuse them with hazel eyes. His hair, is a Jet black peach fuzz which people like to mess up now and then. One facial feature that is noticeable is Neo's scar the runs from his left eye which measures at 1 1/2 small line from top to bottom.
He is about 5'7 and weights 118lbs. He is muscular for a 17 years old. Neo is somewhat tall though he is underweight for what usual 14 years old weights at.
His clothing style is expensive yet nothing someone who looked like a cop would wear. He keeps designed T-shirts ranging from colors: red, black, white, and grey. That is almost never seen since he wears a black long sleeved scarface jacket.

N What I've Done ◊
Neo was born in America but at the age of two he and his parents moved to Japan, where he grew up at. At three years old, His parents was low on financial and money problems as their life took a turn for the worst. With no other alternative and facing eviction, Their money problems went away until they had to pay their dues to the mafia, and which they had no money, a hit was placed on for the parents. Neo's parents had learned about the hit and also learned a very important detail that could save the life of their child.
The mafia had no information for Neo which meant that they didn't know anything of his existence. Neo's mother looked around while keeping her child a secret, until she found a couple willing to help them take care of their child. Although it was unsafe to tell anyone of her predicament, she felt a strong feeling of friendliness and trust, therefore she released the information of Neo and her situation. the couple agreed to have arrangements with the baby to be taken to back to Japan the next day. That night Neo was taken into the care of the couple with a picture of his parents and a note he could read when he learned to read. After they gave their baby up, the mafia found them at their house and shot them to death.
Neo was raised in Japan with his new family for 11 years, and although they spoke Japanese, he learned two languages: English, and Japanese. The parents kept it a secret that their job was detectives from Neo, until he solved a case they had been working on, they realized his deduction skills. He could deduct a quarter on what L was able to do. Every week, he would be able to his parents would train him with his deduction skills by giving him tasks and challenges.
Neo was told that both his parents who were spies sent from America to find Kira were killed (The Raye Penber thing when Light made Raye Penber kill all of the Investigators using the Death Note while on the train. Episode 5) which sent him into an emotional coma. He spent his time in solitude, away from the others, and hated Kira. He let a small beacon of light shed for L to place Kira behind bars, until he found out that L had died. Once he grew up at the age of 16, he declared himself the better detective than L, by arresting Kira. He was provided with a home in Japan by the state because of his parents. He took the apartment as a H.Q so he could kill Kira. Neo went undercover as a Private Investigator, recording and looking over every last detail on what happened on the battle between L and Kira, even though he didn't have all the information but using common sense. His goal is to send Kira to the grave, not the prison. The only justice, ends with someone dead.

Neo, growing up from the "streets" of Japan and living rooting for his idol, L, has grown up from his laziness and mischievous ways, into a handsome, responsible, young adult adult. He is calm and cool and instead of being lazy he is now hyper and more active. He is easy to get along with, with a serious yet playful side. Ever since the Kira epidemic, there has been a small number of people he trusts, and even the people that he trusts, he has second thoughts about and keeps a wandering eye on. He has known to be somewhat of a loner, though he dreads solitude.
When he was a kid, he would absolutely try everything in his power to keep the "boy code" that he disliked girls (though when he would be around a cute girl or accused that he did, he would blush). He still does the girl thing from when he was a kid, only he is more open to girls but is still shy around them. He is considered somewhat of a genius when it comes to most people but to him it's just 'amazing dummies. Though it seems that Neo has a perfect lifestyle, he is highly hypocritical. He isn't known for keeping a promise or helping someone out on that matter. What he is known for is being a small bit violent and never gets mad. His whole world revolves around revenge and vengeance. He is so wrapped in getting revenge from Kira that the first person he suspects to be Kira, he would torture until they crack. He would be a great asset to the Kira case, though he never joined.
The whole reason Neo never joined with the police, is because he didn't find either side right or wrong, he just wanted to find Kira out of revenge. To him, justice was wrong on both sides. Usually, he breaks the law to get what he want in order to get closer to Kira, though he never appeared in the news or the police never caught him. Neo is a proud and confident young man, building up with so much pride that he would hate to be proven wrong. Neo has somewhat of a childish temper and when he can not get something right, he would throw a small little fit until he can get the answer.

[/size]Neo sat in his apartment, waiting for his food to cook on the grill. He had been making a steak and hated it when it became tough, then it would be nothing but trash. He turned on his TV to find that the show Kira's Kingdom was on. He hated Kira with a passion since he killed both of his parents in the line of duty. The messed up thing, they weren't even tailing him. It was Raye Penber who was tailing Kira (though he didn't know that) and when L had sent him a message that they were both dead, he hated justice and Kira. He wanted to find Kira and he wouldn't even think about arresting him, but putting a shotgun shell through his stomach. Neo had his mind made up. He cracked his knuckles and began to look at the TV while listening to the crap on they had to say about Kira. He couldn't take the talk about Kira anymore. Kira was nothing more than a murderer who had killed the wrong family. How was he supposed to live in a perfect world with two of his foster parents killed? He turned off the TV and walked over to a drawer which held a whole space filled with nothing but handguns. Handguns as far as the eye can see, and in the cabinet above it, was a sawed off shotgun. He brought those with the money he earned from acting. He began putting the clips in the different types of handguns and placed the shells in the shotgun. He wanted to use these guns so badly against Kira, yet he needed to keep these under secret since he didn't have a license for them.
Here he was, in his apartment on a Wednesday night, looking at a show who worshiped Kira. He was pissed off from what he heard them say.

He ran over to his grill and turned it off, revealing a tasteless, juice less steak which was of course tough. He picked it up with a fork and waited for it to cool. He then carried it with his fingers and checked the time. Kira's Kingdom had gone off.
"Trash...pure trash." He said. He walked over to the dumpster outside and threw it in, then went off to a fast food restaurant. "Just like Kira."[/center]
