Just Another Stroll? (open)

[gabriel]

A made his way through the park wearing his leather jacket. The weather was slightly chilling but not too bad. As the wind blew the frills of his jacket swayed in the wind. He kept himself attentive to everything around him. He saw a lady holding a crying baby with a stroller next to her. Then he saw two kids playing on the jungle gym.

What a great day. I wonder if L has saw my video yet? A thought as he strolled down the road problem free. He walked over to a lone bench and sat down observing the movement of everything around him. He popped his collar on his jacket up to keep the wind from hitting his face. It was starting to get very chilly.

Now what is my next step? After L responds to my message. A thought as he continued scanning the area.

[Havoc]

~The shinigami, Havoc, flew from his world to the world of the humans. His hood swayed in the wind as he looked around for a human to terrorize. Unlike him this day he didn't feel like terrorizing anybody. He ended up at a park and the first human he saw was a strange man named A. A didn't look like the other humans Havoc thought. He followed him and stared at him while he saw other humans play and cry. Havoc yawned and continued to look at the person as he covered himself from the cold. Needless to say the shinigami was getting bored...very bored. Havoc reached into his pocket and pulled out a piece of notebook paper and ripped a small piece off.~

"If I'm going to follow this human any longer the least i can do is talk to him. After all what good is it coming here if there's nothing to harass or at least talk to?" He thought.

~Havoc went behind A and touched the palm of his hand with the piece of notebook paper. Although A wasn't the owner of the notebook he would be able to see the shinigami, at least if he stayed on the ground. Havoc had released his wings and flew above him while looking down. He waited until they were alone until he would show himself. He looked around and saw no humans, except for A, as he spoke in a deep voice~

"What are you looking around for? 'Ya get in trouble with someone?" Havoc laughed

[Rem]

Rem had been following Miza around, before she lost the young girl and she. The Shinigami been watching about and saw Havoc and her eyes followed him before she shrugged and started to follow the other Shinigami. Why was it with this human? She knew he can't have a Death Note, mostly because the boy didn't act like it.

Though she watched him, she didn't feel the chill or cold really, even if she did slightly, it never really bothered Rem. Floating after Havoc. No, Rem wasn't stalking any of the two, just wondering a bit like she always did though hated the idea of being away from Miza but the girl had a Death Note now.

'Lets see how smart this Shinigami really is.' Rem thought in her own mind before turning her head and watched them and she shook her head. But said nothing as she wasn't the one to talk without being told. Though she was ready to talk but she waitted and Rem shook her head one more time, not believe this Shinigami a lot but again, Rem said nothing, not takled or ask him why he ddi it.

A felt something graze his hand and he turned to it seeing the leg of something in the air. He looked above himself and then saw a full shot of Havoc. He jumped up and turned quickly.

“Holy shit!” A called out as he looked around and saw no one else. “Wha-wha-what in the hell are you?” A screamed at the shinigami known as Havoc.

A tried to calm himself but it didn’t work to well. He had never come in contact with a shinigami. He didn’t even think they were real.

A took a few steps back and was stunned. “I-I-I’m not looking for anything, and why would a cop get in trouble?” A asked as he looked at the shinigami beginning to gain his breathe back slowly.

[Havoc]

~the shinigami lookedat the human and laughed. The laughter was short as he lowered himself to the ground as his wings went inside his back. He walked back and forth at the petrified human. The thing about humans and shinigami was that humans were more scared than the shinigami. Havoc shook his head and walked to the nearest bench as he spread his studded wings out again. One thing about Havoc was he hated staying on the ground for too long~

"If you're that interested in what i am, and obviously I'm not a human, then I'll tell you. I am a shinigami...there does that satisfy your curiosity?" Havoc asked,"And quit looking at me like that. I'm a shinigami and I can't look thatscary."

~Havoc's red gruesome eyes never left A's sight. For some reason there was something about this human that...eh interested Havoc. Havoc cracked his knuckles and chuckled between cracks, the hysterical reason why Havoc wouldn't stop laughing was the fact that A was...a human. It was a weird and dumb reason but humans made Havoc laugh, even if they didn't do anything funny~

"A cop then huh? I believe that i dropped a notebook and a cop picked it up...yes that was a cop. But that was a loong time ago," Havoc said.

~Havoc closed his eyes and waited for A's response as he tried to shake the feel that another shinigami was following him. It was a feeling that if a shinigami would follow him his left arm would itch...and it was itching now. He swayed his head slowly and non noticeable and talked under his breath not loud enough for A to hear~

"If there's a shinigami there....then show yourself."

[Rem]

Rem watched and moved backwards when A yelled out and only for some time he though he was talking to her, but it had been the other Shinigami. Though Rem sighed softly. All humans where the same, to her they would all my stupid, besides some that she knew for some time, but humans weren't anything like a Shinigami, they didn't have much of a understanding but Rem didn't care that human for humans or there world, she just wanted to do her job really and do as all Shinigami's do.

She watch Havoc laugh and Rem didn't understand why he was laughing? Rem didn't know at all and wasn't that worried about it. He dropped a notebook? So he must of gotten it back of got a new one, but they could hardly be the case but this Shinigami, to her was a weird one. But who knows, maybe humans driven him mad but Rem pushed it from her mind and stayed in the shadows.

Her eyes widen as Havoc talked to her and the shinigami nodded her head slowly and Rem looked at him "I'm right behind you, Havoc. Your a fool to let this human see you, so why id you truly do it?" she said. All Shinigami's had to know each other as there wasn't many of them left around but Rem looked at the shinigami, to the boy and back to Havoc.

[Havoc]

~Havoc turned around slowly with an evil grin on his face, almost like it was stuck there. His fangs showed as he eyed at the shinigami known as Rem. He had seen and talked to Rem before and like the rest of the shinigami, he cared nothing of her as she did for him. He was stunned at her question as his smile faded and his face became serious. The wings expanded showing old yet beautiful emeralds as he was lifted into the air. He turned from Rem and sighed at her seriousness. Unlike him she was 'stuck up' and didn't like the fact that he was scaring the human straight. Havoc kept his eyes fixed on A for no apparent reason. He wasn't his human nor Havoc was his shinigami. He just didn't want to stop looking at the human. After four seconds of looking at him he burst out laughing again, this time with a more hearty laugh. Both the human and Rem's question made him want to die....pass out.~

"Rem...there's no true reasons why i do the things i do. Half of the time I ponder why i do these idiotic acts but it always hit me in the end. I create a name for myself by my actions thus Havoc. And i was getting bored plus i wanted havoc so I let this human see me. Is there a crime to that? I believe not. Foolish? On so many levels but chaotic? Hell yeah"

~After those words Havoc went into his laugh again and held his scythe, giving the image that he was going to slash someone (which was far from his mind but would be funny to him) as he continued to do his eerie, scary, mildly annoying, laugh~

A stared at the back of the shinigami. As Havoc began talking thoughts ran through his head. If I run know he could just fly after me and catch me and kill me, but if I wait he could kill me at any time….d**n. A c0cked his head to the side as Havoc began speaking.

“Who are you talking to and what is a Rem?” A asked staring inquisitively. Is it another shinigami that I cannot see? Or could this creature just be so stupid that he is talking to air? A’s eyes wandered around seeing if anyone was in sight. There was no one. As Havoc lifted his scythe A quickly unzipped his jacket and grabbed both of his pistols and released both clips into the body of Havoc. The bullets went right through Havoc and A was in awe.

[Havoc]

~Havoc stared at A and stopped laughing. The human didn't amuse him anymore and Havoc felt like either writing his name down in the Death Note or just flying back home. If the human was truley terrified of Havoc then Havoc would have more fun with him, though Havoc was running out of ideas to do. Havoc rolled his eyes through his hood and leveled down to A. The shinigami listened to what Aa had said and was about to speak. Why wouldn't he believe Havoc if another shinigami was there especially one that close to him. A might have a heart attack if he saw Rem.~

"Rem is a shinigami. Yes human, there is another shinigami in the vicinity. Are you scared?" Havoc hissed. He wasn't the one who liked being asked a question. This was a human he was talking to and A had been acting like Havoc was his property. Havoc reached into his person and took out his scythe, merely for sitting down, until he saw A actions. A released fire on him but the bullets simply went through the shinigami. Normally this would amuse Havoc but for some reason this human was losing fear from Havoc. The shinigami looked at Rem and made a face as if he was saying "should i be the Death God to end this human's life?" Havoc kept to himself but after the shooting he decided to release some serious and deadly information. Information that the human would like. Havoc went back into his person and pulled out a black notebook and showed it to A, not letting him touch it of course.~

"Don't ask about this notebook because i won't say anything to you about it but answer this question: If you knew you would die in about oh say 40 seconds what would you do?"

[gabriel]

“I.. I would believe you. The site of a shinigami has me willing to believe anything. You are a death god. Meaning my death is in you hands. However me dieing is totally in your hands. Or Kira’s. If I was to die in 40 seconds how would I die what would be the cause of my death?” A asked gazing at what Havoc had pulled out. It was a black note book. A wondered about the notebook but listened to Havoc’s request in not asking questions.

Why would he have to write my name down to kill me? Could he not just snap his fingers and be done with me? Or behead me and go on with his day. Also how is it I can see him but not this Rem… A’s mind raced with all these thoughts. If he was to live he would have to go and talk to L immediately…but if he did he would more than likely be sent into a psycho ward and be forgot about. What would he do?

[Havoc]

"Good human...you know that i can take your life away from you just like that but being a merciful master I won't kill you. And though i love being a Death God i created myself a name. My name is Havoc and though you can't see my name I can see your name and your lifespan. Now about the notebook...you wanted to know how you would die? Well I won't tell but if you want then i could test it on an innocent bystander like that small child over there or that elderly person. Or yourself?" Havoc laughed. He wasn't going to give the human much information until he heard that name again. That name "Kira". The whole reason why he had been down in the human world. To find Kira. His eyes pierced dark red as he lowered himself to the ground and looked at A.

"What is a Kira? Who is Kira?" He bellowed

“No there is no need to hurt innocent people from my curiosity.” A said as he looked over at the young child and elderly people. “Havoc, is it? Well Shinigami names are….strange.” A said with a serious look.

What is a Kira? Who is Kira? Were the words that caught A’s attention. “Kira is the one…killing all of the criminals….no one is for sure who he or she is but L is working on it.” A said turning away. I’m trying to work on it but I don’t have enough information to figure anything out. A thought. He turned back to Havoc and looked around him. “So why can’t I see this Rem?” A asked pulling back standing in his normal position.

[Havoc]

~The shinigami wondered on what he would do next. He wanted more chaos for this person yet, he wanted to know all about this "kira" person by any means necessary. He decided that the reason why they didn't find out about Kira was because of the Death Note. If A found out that Kira killed with the death note, the notebook that he had shown this cop, he could find Kira. Obviously Kira was more feared than shinigami...something that was a disgrace to Havoc...something he couldn't let happen~

"Who do you fear more? This Kira person or the shinigami that you see before you? I think I can appoint everything you need or want to know about shinigami...and this notebook, if you can tell me everything about Kira? When a so called criminal dies...how does he die? Tell me and I'll tell you some useful...information" Havoc said smiling his evil smile.

~Havoc eyed at the human then looked at Rem to see if she was still present. He closed the Death Note and tied it with his r

A looked at Havoc. He is interested in Kira. “That is a very silly question my dear shinigami. I am way more scared of you…only because I am not a criminal and have not done anything wrong for Kira to kill me. Presently every criminal that Kira has killed has died of a heart attack, which is why I asked how I would die.” A said looking around to see if anyone was listening. “The only people to die that I know of so far was criminals that have been aired on the news. And the man who posed as L, a Mr. Lind L. Taylor.” A paused and looked at the shinigami intently as he looked back for the other shinigami.

”Why do you care so much about Kira?” A asked curiously.

[Havoc]

~The shinigami backed up and clutched his fist and placed his head high. He couldn't control the encredibally wide grin from appearing from his face as he paced the area. After the smile, he let out a fierce hardy laugh and thought in his mind~

I knew it! Kira kills with the Death Note! No wonder he had a shinigami following him around everywhere he went! This will be...easy for the human and difficult for Kira...wait...Havoc!

~Havoc held his Death Note and tied his notebook with his old tattered diamonds skull chain and placed it back into his person. His wings spread out as he looked up, supposable looking up at the realm, and looked back at the human. He swung the scythe down as his eyes glowed red.~

"You've given me the information that i needed to find Kira. You might say that I already found him. Now judging from my past experience with a cop you must be after this...Kira right? Well this may be fun...fun for a shinigami." Havoc laughed.

~He stood on the bench and closed his hood again. He held out his arm, which showed his bony skeleton hand. In his hand he had out a pen. A pen that had been clicked. Havoc's death note had been opened as he began to write a name. He hadn't wrote down A's name but he wrote a name of no existence. Random letters but he didn't allow A to see~

"You've been much help to me human...but now I must take my leave to find this Kira and take care of him personally. If you have something to say...say it now!" Havoc snapped
