”Yeah I actually do have something. What did you write down and how would I of died? A asked wanting the information from Havoc. A walked closer to Havoc and looked him in his dead eyes. This…shinigami knows something…maybe he knows who Kira is or what Kira is… Could a shinigami be the cause of the deaths? Could a shinigami be kira? All these thoughts rushed into A’s head and after a minute his head began to hurt. He pulled away from Havoc and looked at where he put the notebook.

Is there a reason I couldn’t see in it or touch it? A thought as his head started hurting again. A’s stomach began to rumble as he saw a vendor go down the street.

”Will I still be able to see you again?” A asked.

[Havoc]

~Havoc looked back and saw the vendor pushing the cart down the road, not really interested in A but the food the vendor was carrying. Havoc flew down and walked to the food stand and looked at the different types of food that was there. He shrugged and picked up a bottle of ketchup. He shook it and bit on the container, until after four tries he squeezed some ketchup out. He squeezed again and ate the oncoming ketchup and immediately spat it out, while looking at the human who was pushing the vendor, run in fear. Havoc walked back to the bench with the ketchup bottle in hand, still squeezing some out, tasting it, then spitting it out again. He had no reason on doing this but it had him occupied on something than answering more questions about the Death Note. He didn't want to have a human lingering over his shoulder asking about the notebook so he offered some of the ketchup to A and opened the notebook to the page which he had wrote the made up name of random letters and numbers for A.~

"What I wrote down was a made up line of numbers and letters. Obviously It's not a real name...therefore nobody died. But there are many ways i can kill. There is a default but that's not important. The most important thing is what this notebook is. This notebook is called a Death Note and...~Havoc pondered on something and grinned~ I am the only shinigami to possess it. Yeah, there is only one Death Note so feast your eyes human because this is the only thing that you will ever see. Well if you couldn't tell that was a lie then that proves my theory on humans. Maybe Kira uses the same thing I uses. Do you see this part of the notebook? It's ripped because in order for you to see me I let you touch a piece of my Death Note. Why? Well my name is reason enough right? Anyway there could be more Death Notes in the world. Hm...I guess that's all the stuff that you'll need to know...unless you want to hear more I want something in return. I can't think of anything in the moment, besides your life, that i would want. Exactly where are you going human?" Havoc asked.

A took in all this information. This will help greatly. A thought as he watched the shinigami eat ketchup and spit it out. “Nowhere in particular. Do you…have a favorite human food Havoc?” A asked. He asked this because this shinigami could be a great asset to A. A began to think about all the black note books he had seen. There were too many.

”If I may ask…you say there are many ways you can kill me with that book. Is there a…particular way of death?” A asked looking at the traffic that flowed behind them. He looked around to see if anyone was watching him talking to air. He felt like an idiot standing there talking to air. It felt strange meeting someone that could take his life at the snap of his fingers.

[Havoc]

~Havoc thought for a while and saw a person walking by eating green seedless grapes. He threw the ketchup away and picked up a grape and ate it. He flew over to the human and picked up a tree of grapes and plopping each one in his mouth, grape after grape. He even went so far as to eat the branch. With a small sigh of satisfaction he searched for more grapes.~

"What do you call those green small things on that tree? I want some more of those...yum." Havoc said. He looked at A and thought about his answer. He wanted to find Kira without the human's help so he made up a lie, though if the human saw the rules of the Death Note he would automatically know that Havoc was lying. Havoc looked at the human and chuckled but then thought.
Why was he spending so much time with this human? Why didn't he just take his life already?

"You look real stupid talking to thin air. You're the only person who can see me, to other humans it will look like you're talking to nothing. Now about the Death Note...to tell the truth I don't know much about it. And I'm too lazy to even read the rules...all know is I know is taking lives and I don't normally come to the human world so I don't see how they die. I just right the name and they die. Convinent huh?"

A watched Havoc go and eat the grapes. ”Those are grapes….and if I can look at your notebook I’ll get you more….or if you read me the rules I’ll get you more.” A told Havoc as he looked around to see the people stare at him. All I have to do is get Havoc to let me see that book or at least read me the rules…then I may be able to help L.

” I may look stupid but I’m finding information out that L wished he could have. With this information I can defeat L and kill Kira. Now do you want the grapes or not?” A asked with an evil gin on his face. Hopefully I don’t push him too far and he kills me with my information I’ve obtained. A thought as worry began shadowing his face.

[Havoc]

~Havoc bit at the empty tree and frowned. Human food was so much better than the apples and other scraps in the shinigami rules, especially those grapes. Havoc could've killed him but the need of grapes kicked in as he took out his Death Note and opened it to the section of the rules.

"You're beginning to become like me...heh almost." Havoc said when he noticed the grin on A's face.

~He tilted his head from side to side and saw a person walk down the road with the name Kira. It was a Japanese man with a full grown beard shouting Kira. Havoc grew furious and opened the Death Note to an empty page while he looked at the human's real name and life span. He took out the pen he had from his cape and stood next to A while looking at the human walking away, still chanting the name of the self proclaimed god Kira~

"How about I show you what this notebook can do...!" Havoc said. He wrote the man's name down as he stopped in his tracks and looked around and yelled.

"God! What did I do to deserve Death? I followed you master! I followed you KIRA!" The man said taking off his shirt and holding his heart then finally dying.

"Now where's my grapes?" Havoc yelled

A turned to the man screaming. Holy A thought as he watched as the man fall to the ground. He would run over but he had more investigating to do. He turned back to Havoc. ”Know that I know how Kira kills I’ll give you your grapes follow me.” A said turning and walking down the walkway, the opposite of the man. Once he was halfway there he turned his head to Havoc. ”Know that I know what Kira uses I want to know. How does a human get a hold of one of those notebooks?” A asked making his way to the road he looked both ways and crossed.

He walked up to the store and opened the door and walked in. He walked to the fruit grabbed a bag of seedless grapes and puts It on the counter. He hands the cashier the money and makes his way out. He opens the bag slowly and pulls a grape from the bag. He tosses a grape into the air at Havoc.

”Now I’ll give you a grape for everything you answer. First of all you said you knew my name…how?” A said holding a grape in his index finger and thumb.

[Havoc]

~Havoc followed the human and looked at him buy the grapes. Havoc wanted them immdantly as he looked at his surroundings he noticed that they were alone from other humans. He looked at A opened the bag and started shaking as he threw a lone grape in the air. Havoc ran to it and swallowed it whole and wanted another. Havoc didn't plan on answering any more questions until he said that he wasn't giving any more grapes unless he answered a question~

"Humans are so cruel." He said.

A chuckled at Havoc. ”We are know will you answer my question?” A said holding the grape in his fingers he flipped it into the air. Havoc wouldn’t stop with only 2 grapes so I’ll just give him a freebee. A thought as he walked down the sidewalk. A reached into the bag and grabbed the biggest grape he saw. ”Now are you going to answer my question?” A said with a devious smirk.

A hadn’t always been like this but this could be vital information that he could use to beat L. HE wanted to beat L at all costs….all costs. This was his chance to prove to L he was a better detective. He would beat L and become as well known as him. He wanted the glory. HE wanted to be the best. He Was A

[Havoc]

~Havoc jumped for the grape and ate it quickly while eyeing the huge grape held in A's hand. He sighed and thought for a second about his questions and how he would answer~

"To obtain such a notebook a shinigami must drop his or her Death Note. Once it touches the human world, then and only then does it belong to the human world. There is another way to obtain the Death Note but it requires someone else holding the Death Note. If you were to meet this so called Kira and you touched the Death note, all you would need to do is kill him to get it. But anyone in the world could have a Death Note and you couldn't tell. Well you couldn't tell but it is easy for us shinigami to tell who has the death Note and who doesn't. Matter of fact that's how i found your name. What seperates humans from shinigami is our vision. My eyes are more advanced than your weak pathetic eyes because above your head right now as we speak...I can see your real name and your lifespan. I can tell you how long you have to live and I can tell you your real name. That's how all shinigami can kill humans when in our world. It's that easy!" Havoc said.

~Obviously now he was insulting A for being a human~

"Now for my payment!"

A took the big grape and threw it into the air. He knew Havoc would catch it so he didn’t pay any attention. He looked at Havoc and then continued down the road. ”So is there a way for a human to obtain these eyes?” A asked curiously as he picked out another grape. A then began thinking if Kira had a shinigami and that was how he obtained names. What if A got his hands on a book like that? What if he stole Havoc’s book? A then looked over and saw a glimpse of Havocs book. He would kill me instantly. A thought of the consequence. He then put the grape in his mouth and chewed it up. He swallowed and grabbed another grape for Havoc, but only if he answered the question.

[Havoc]

"Yes there is a way for a human to get the eyes of a shinigami. It is a bit complicated but many humans do it. When you have the eyes of the shinigami you can see the lifespan of another and their name. That would work wonders for Kira, yet it does come with....a....price....

~Havoc stopped and looked at A eat one of his grapes. It didn't bother him much until he ate the second one~

"Why are you eating my grapes?" Havoc asked.

A listened intently to Havoc. ”What is the cost?” A said throwing a grape into the air. Then reaching in and tossing another up. ”Sorry I haven’t ate much today.” A asked as he waited for Havoc to devour the 2 grapes flying up. So easy to satisfy. Are all shinigami like this? A wondered as he looked at the rest of the grapes. There were a lot left. Meaning a lot more questions. But A couldn’t think of anything else. What would he do? There was nothing left to ask of him. That he could think of at the moment oh well. A carried on walking down the street.

[Havoc]

~Havoc jumped for the grapes, catching both of them with the tip of his scythe. He brought it to his mouth where he ate each one quicker than the last. Feeling somewhat satisfied from his grapes he flew up ahead of him and thought of a brilliant idea. He brought the scythe to A as a sign of saying "stop". His eyes turned red as he stared at A while opening and closing his Death Note in a childish "do you want it well too bad" manner.~

"The price for the eyes of the shinigami a some of your lifespan. That's all that's it really is. The shinigami that you make the deal with, the eye deal, your lifespan amount goes to that shinigami. Therefore, If i was too give you the Death Note and you wanted to make the deal with me then your life will be extended to me. But there's something good about the whole life extending deal. Kira has so long to live, I don't know because I never saw him, therefore he won't be "kira" for long. Unless if he dies at a certain day, example today, and his shinigami saved his life then once again Kira's life would be extended.

A looked at Havoc with his death note. A then thought of a trick to pull. He took all the grapes in his left hand and with his other swiftly moved it above his death note and slammed down quickly stopping inches away from it. ”Don’t mess with me. Oh here are your grapes I have enough info.” A said handing the grapes to Havoc. He couldn’t think of anything else so what else was there to do? He didn’t really want his Death Note he didn’t like the thought of killing on sight. However he would make the eye deal if he knew how long his life span was now.

”How long do I have left to live? A asked knowing Havoc wouldn’t tell him so he knew it was a stupid question.
