Just Another Stroll? (open)

[Havoc]

~Havoc placed the Death Note back in his cape and finally realized that A no longer feared him. This was an occasional flaw for him and he hated it. With no reason left to try to scare the human anymore, he flew for the grapes only to have it caught by A. Havoc gritted his fangs and angrily ate the grapes that was given to him. For some reason he liked doing complicated tricks to eat his food, not be handed by it.~

"I'm not going to tell you anything from this point on for two reasons. Number one it is against the shinigami code to tell the lifespan of a human, it causes too much chaos. And number two is I'm finished talking for the day," Havoc said.

~The two stopped next to a TV store where a heated discussion was playing about Kira and shinigami. Havoc stopped and watched as they changed and a woman came on~

"Tune in tonight for the full story of Kira, L, and shinigami. 12:00 here on Sakura TV"

~Havoc flew up to A and tapped him on the shoulder~

"Those things that showed the humans...what are they called? Sakura TV? I need to watch the discussion about shinigami at 12:00 on the Sakura TV!" Havoc begged

A smiled at Havoc. He was fine and knew Havoc wouldn’t tell. Then the broadcast. A hated the speak of L. A looked at him and smiled again. ”Well I guess you could come back to my place, but keep in mind I don’t want your Death Note, give it to some other Idiot.” A said as he walked through Havoc like he wasn’t there. ”And that is a TV, Television, whatever the hell you want to call it.” A said as he continued down the road as he came to an apartment. He turned to the door and slid in the key opening the door and climbed up the steps. He turned at the first room and slid another key in and opened the door. He pulled off his jacket and threw it on the bed. Then he plopped down on the couch turning on the TV.

~Havoc followed the human while looking at the bag of grapes. He wanted some more but it could wait. He wanted to watch the broadcast about shinigami and Kira. Maybe they would shine some light about shinigami and that would be the perfect time to create enough havoc on the world that Kira and L wouldn't know what to do. Then it hit him...the battle between L and Kira seemed like the most exciting thing since he killed the captain from the ship called Titanic. Now that was a death date.~

"There's more things to know about the Death Note that you should know. Actually there's a lot you can learn from the Death Note, and I'll be willing to tell them all for you for the whole bag of grapes. Getting one or two at a time is boring and takes too much from me. I hate talking long sentences. Now...do you want to know the biggest secrets of the Death Note? All it takes is a small fee of fruit." Havoc said. Havoc's eyes grew bright red as they stared at A. He thought of so many fake things from the Death Note that A might think was real, he could keep the knowledge but go in circles to find Kira.

[gabriel]

A smiled at Havoc as he extended the bag to Havoc. ”Well I guess that’ll work.” A said as he flipped the channels on the TV. This info may be very useful. A thought. A didn’t really have any more questions but hey if he was willing A would take the info and store it. A looked around and his guns began irritating him. He pulled both of them out of their holsters and laid them on the table next to him. A stood up and walked to his fridge and pulled out vitamin water. He opened it and tipped it up taking a long drink. His Adam’s apple bobbed up and down with each swallow. He walked to the couch with his drink in his hand. He sat down in the chair and leaned back closing his eyes. Well….I’m tired. A thought.

~Havoc turned away from the human and let a giant grin come from his face, his fangs showing. He held his hand on his head and slightly turned back to A. His plan would be going to well. So much entertainment if this goes well. He might be able to trick L, Kira, and A if he can play his cards right and being a cheating shinigami...who couldn't?~

"Well since you're a cop I will talk to you in a cop manner. Now the likelihood of Kira being a human is very low since it is almost impossible to retrieve a Death Note. The Death Note and the shinigami are almost as one...no we are one. Just like you need internal organs to survive, we need the Death Note to survive. Whoever's name is written in the Death Note shall die ! Here's something I don't know if I told you. When a shinigami kills a human then that human's lifespan is added to the shinigami. But if a human writes another human's name in the Death Note his/her life will not be increased. Here's the fun part..."

~Havoc took a grape and threw it in the air then gulped it down while looking at A~

"Shinigami are limited to one Death Note. If they dropped it on human soil, unless the human gave it back, they couldn't retrieve it. So basically that's throwing your life away. I mean you wouldn't give another human your heart if the human didn't need it right?"

[gabriel]

A watched the TV listening to Havoc, occasionally sipping from his water. ”Well I don’t think I would give up my heart if they didn’t need it.” A said continuing to watch the TV. I don’t know why but something sounds fishy…..Why wouldn’t a shinigami just continue to kill nonstop and live forever? Plus why would he only kill criminals? I don’t think a shinigami would care who he or she killed as long as they lived longer. A thought as the special began.

”As promised the special will begin on Kira, L, and shinigami.” the announcer said.

Here we go….maybe they won’t really talk about L but Sakura TV doesn’t really like him so they may not. A thought turning to Havoc who was eating the grapes.

[Havoc]

~Havoc knew that the human was either suspicious or not believing his little white lie. Maybe the special would get him enough proof to build up his lie. Any little thing can be used to build up the lie it just needed to be the right information. Havoc walked and picked a grape from the bag and ate while looking at A and trying to make out whether the look on his face was confusing or relaxed.~

"And here we are! All the way from Sakura TV we have three experts talking about Kira, L, and Shinigami! Welcome Tado Mushi representing Kira! Aiko Kagoshima representing L! And last but not least Hoshi Tuda representing Shinigami!" The announcer said. Havoc's face lit up when he heard the word shinigami. He took his notebook out and his pen and spoke threateningly

"If the human representing shinigami says something untrue or disrespectful about shinigami I shall kill him." Havoc said to A.

(Some of these names are real. Aiko means Beloved/Loving child and Hoshi means star. Don't ask how I know

”While you’re at it kill that dang L representative too.” A said with hatred in his voice. ”I hate hearing about L he is a complete idiot. However if you do kill the two you have to kill all three or L will suspect that there is another Kira and we don’t need any suspicion.” A said as he looked at Havoc and then the TV.

He is serious about killing this guy. A thought as he turned to Havoc. ”Hey can you give me a torn piece of that so I can write the L representative’s name down?” A asked in a serious tone. He didn’t want to hear about L at all. That was how much he hated him.

[Havoc]

~Havoc let a smile come from his face as he listened to what A had said. He shrugged and opened a blank area of notebook and ripped a small amount. He dropped it on the table and looked at A while drumming his fingers on his Death Note. His eyes shined red like apples. His voice plunged deeper as he placed his hand out~

"Be my guest to write but...whoever writes a name in the Death Note can neither go to heaven or hell. Once one name is written by a human then after that human dies they will go to...nothingness. " Havoc hissed.

"Now let us start by saying what is so wrong about what Kira is doing? He is sweeping the nation and taking the worst criminals from our world to make a place where future generations can live in harmony!" Tado Mushi said.

"No what he is doing is murdering the people. More than 34 0/0 of people he has killed could have been innocent. The government is not perfect nor is any human and it is a shame that a person thinks he/she is perfect just because they can kill without being there! What Kira is doing is wrong and hopefully he will be caught by the brilliant mind of L" Aiko Kagoshima

"No person can kill with a heart attack as freely as he chooses. I cannot and I bet nobody in this room cannot either. Obviously this is the angered hand of god cleaning this world up from the filth in it. If it isn't god then it must be a shinigami!" Hoshi Tuda.

"This Hoshi person is really good...though the people here are smarter than they look. They only show their face but their names are fake. If you still want to go through with killing the representatives then I could tell you their names." Havoc said reaching into an empty bag of grapes. He had eaten more than he suspected.

[gabriel]

A looked at the piece of paper. ”I could care less what happens to me when I die.” A said looking to Havoc. A turned back to the TV to listen to the garbage they say. ”They all deserve to die. They don’t know what they are talking about, they all speak nonsense. Give me his name.” A said as he pulled a pen from the side table and clicked it down heavily. The loud click was heard throughout the entire room. Then A noticed that his grapes had run out. ”I think there is another bag of grapes in the fridge, you can have them.” A said as he continued to watch the program with a sigh. L…..Now I want you dead…. A said as he watched the program and awaited the true name of Aiko Kagoshima.

(sorry about leaving on such short notice DX but im back and ready for action.)

(Let me start by saying welcome back!! ;D. I've been 'harassing' another human)

"So you don't care what happens when you die? That's a first considering how you humans care and stress about where you go in the afterlife...well some. Here are the name of the person I know you want to kill. Though I don't know exactly why you want to kill -- oh it's because of the detective, L isn't it? His name is Isao Shimatzu." Havoc laughed. Havoc normally didn't give the names of people but he wanted to see if this human had the guts to write down a name and kill another human.

~Havoc walked over to the refridgerator and pulled it open, seeing grapes, though they weren't green. He shrugged and took the bag anyway, finding the purple ones to be more juicier than the green ones.!

"If you write his name on the piece of notebook, Isao Shimatzu of course, then you will be a hypocrite to yourself. You'd be doing the same thing he said Kira was doing. Can you live with that?" Havoc asked, laughing. There was nothing more Havoc liked than screwing with people's minds.

"Kira may be killing some innocent people but such sacrifices must be made in order to create what he is creating: A world free of crime. It goes without saying that he is keeping the bad guys away from people who suffer for their foolishness. Would you want to live in a world filled with nothing but crime?" Tado Mushi asked.

"No! Judging on how he acts, obviously he's not a cop, therefore he's nothing more than a mass murderer, with the power of killing with a heart attack. Can you not see that Tado? Just because great people with enough heart, for example L, steps up to a bully like Kira means that they have to die for it? If I have to live in a world in which there is no crime, from a person who has anger issues, with the cost of innocent people dying then kill me now! L! L! L! L!" Aiko Kagoshima yelled.

~Havoc looked at A with a smile~

"Oh please. No human has the power nor the mental or emotional mind to kill people with supernatural powers. If it isn't the work of god himself then it is a shinigami at work--

"Why would god need a name and face just to kill people, and go as far to kill innocent people at that?" Tado replied.

"Hey A, are you mad at these reporters?" Havoc said ripping two more small pieces of Death Note paper to A

A looked at him. ”It is detective L, Havoc.” A said as he thought about this Isao Shimatzu guys death. ”And unlike most humans I don’t care where I go after I die as long as I accomplish my mission.” A paused to watch Havoc get the grapes from the fridge. ”Hypocrite? I guess you could say that. I want Kira to stop the madness but I don’t want L to get all the glory. Just because he is smart. HE has no guts to show his face. I’ve fought hard to get where I am today.” A lifted his shirt revealing three scars. ”I was shot three times by someone in Mello’s crew. I was actually searching for Kira but stumbled upon the Mafia hideout. Lucky me.” A said as he put his shirt back down and watched the program.

It seems as though the one for Kira makes a point, but so does the one for L. A thought as he heard Havoc speak up.

”Mad….hardly I’m just tired of hearing people speak about stuff they don’t know about. Again you will call me a hypocrite but my mission is to solve the case before L and listening to these bumbling idiots is getting me nowhere.” A said as he pressed the head of the pen against the piece of the Death Note slowly he moved his hand down Making an I.

[Havoc]

"So this L character is getting to you then eh? Well me personally have no problem with him because he's bringing Kira to me. All I need to do is find him and then hang around him. There's no doubt that if L and Kira are together than I could point Kira out on the spot..." Havoc said. He popped a grape into his mouth and looked at A. He hadn't told A about that detail, that he could easily find out who was Kira if he was around L.

"Well A, there's some things about the Death Note I haven't told you. If you want to know these secrets then small, little fruits are needed." Havoc laughed. Havoc looked at A start to write down the name of the representative of L. He had gotten to an I and Havoc stood on edge, furiously eating grapes like one would be eating popcorn in a scary movie.

[gabriel]

A stopped and turned to Havoc. ”How could you spot him out. Is there something about the eyes?” A said as he turned back and finished writing the first name. Secrets? Well then something more? A thought as he began to write the last name. ”Well if I get you more Grapes you’ll tell me this secret?” A asked as he looked up to Havoc with one last letter to write. He turned back to the paper and almost didn’t have the will to do it. But he slowly made the last letter. The u was very shaken. ”So how long do we wait for this guy to die?” A asked with a choppy voice. I’m killing a person based on their beliefs. I like it… A thought as an evil chuckle escaped his mouth.

[Havoc]

"Well since you simply wrote his name down the piece of paper then he should die of a heart attack in 40 simple seconds. Just give it some time." Havoc said. Havoc took a tree of grapes and popped them all in, tree and all. Havoc was serious about his grapes.

"A...you know the deal. Unless you give me an I owe you then I'll tell you." Havoc agreed.
